Most Bad hotel experience ever had.. The attitude of the front desk staff was extremely unprofessional. They were rude and had poor communication skills. The reception do not accept our price for extra, so I leave and then I want to to deliver something. However, the front desk staff named Brahim arranged for a security guard to accompany me and even prohibited me from entering the room, without policy supported. This is extremely insulting. Such treatment is completely unjustified and made me feel highly disrespected. Moreover, the hotel's hygiene standards are severely lacking. The rooms were not clean,with dust visible on various surfaces and the bathroom was not properly sanitized.

Over all good and comfort For single traveler and i like the location

Hotel staff are nice and helpful. Room has no drinking water, water boiler, tea bags and fridge. Shower floor is too slippery need a standing bath tub mat. Drinking glass only one.

Super perfect! All staff, receptions, are so great. That are kind and warmhearted. They help me a lot. Really thanks for their help. The location and room is great! I would like to recommend it if you have a trip in Ouarzazate.

Electric kettle is important to traveler, recommend can provide in room

All was good in order. But, there was a problem with AC in our room. It didn't work properly. The staff doesn't seem friendly. Anyway, the swimming pool was EXCELLENT.

Pool was dirty every day with loads of white bits of people skin!! It’s open 24 hours. Good garden space. NO FRIDGE for summer. Breakfast was very nice but slow to wash and bring more glass for juice or tea. Breakfast food is finished by 9:45 and nothing left as it closes 10:30!!! Why can’t they restock all food as we have to pay for it, no care by staff. I review this hotel 3/5. Big bar room with sofas.

No Fridge in rooms and it is August!!! It’s 2023!! This hotel was quiet a distance away from any restaurants and shops. No local corner shops whatsoever! 10 minutes walk to only 1 restaurant sun restaurant and 20 mins walk to city centre. It’s nice inside with a big pool but that was full of white bits!! Never saw pool getting cleaned! Some staff used to stare at you while going past. No cups or mugs for breakfast as they needed washing every morning , Breakfast tasted very nice but 2 choices of same fruit every day which is big orange and apple. A busy hotel tho.

Receptionist was rude. Wifi not working at the room. No swimming allowed at night

設施：整體設施ok，空調製冷制熱非常快。唯一不足的是衞生間的水温和水壓不穩，排風系統沒有。 衞生：房間打掃的非常乾淨。 環境：酒店環境很不錯，復古的摩洛哥風情建築，離本哈杜村落駕車大概三十分鐘，周邊去鎮子中心和周邊餐廳也很方便。 服務：酒店服務標準，熱情。

這個價格來説，性價比極高，類似國內的亞朵酒店，房間不大，但是乾淨整潔沒有異味，裝修也不算很陳舊。沒有一次性用品和拖鞋。
