Palazzo de Mori, Sergio, Federica and the team were an absolute haven in the atypical windy and wet weather while we were in Otranto, the space and service was excellent, we hope to return as soon as possible!

We spent five nights at this lovely hotel at the end of September 2025. It is located in the historic center, but parking is convenient just outside the entrance to the city. The staff at Palazzo De Mori is exceptional and made our stay very pleasant. They were always extremely helpful. The breakfast in the morning was like a little work of art each day. I hope to return one day.

We stayed one night at Palazzo de Mori and were truly impressed. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They even went out of their way to help us with our luggage, which we greatly appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh, with a lovely variety to start the day. The hotel’s location is ideal, right in the heart of Otranto, with stunning views overlooking the harbour. We only wish we could have stayed longer—Palazzo de Mori is a gem, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Otranto.

UItra clean rooms, and the terrace is simply asthonising! The Breakfast buffet is just perfect. The location and pick-up service at the entrance of the town is great service.

I booked 2 rooms for the 28th of Mai. Bookingdate 24th of February! Now they say the hotel is overbooked... How can this happen? Booking 3 months in advance and a week before the date they find out that it is overbooked!!! I would wonder what explanation you hahave for this! how can it happen rr

What a gem, huge and divine white rooms, delightful staff. We had a palatial suite with 3 rooms. Only issue is no real room service but perfect position and divine terrace. We would only stay here . Beds are huge and lovely linen. Thank you we will be back

I absolutely loved this palace. It was everything I ever dreamed it would be. I woke every morning and opened the windows to an amazing view overlooking the marina and a blue Adriatic Sea. The staff was so friendly and such a delight. The pictures don't lie. I changed my name to Princess Lib because I felt like a princess.

Beautiful hotel, great location and excellent service. We stayed one night but Sergio and his team were excellent. Recommended superb restaurants for us and provided assistance directing the parking (it’s tricky if you struggle with bags you.l need assistance ) which they will provide. Sunny and light and gorgeous views.

A beautiful hotel in a central location of Otranto. With views of the marina. Many bars and restaurants a couple of minutes walk away. A beautiful terrace for breakfast if the weather is good. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. A small hotel with a relaxed ethos.

Everything amazing from the location to the room, staff and breakfast...also a super view over the harbour and coast. Everything clean and pristine, comfy bed, fantastic high terrace and a simply amazing breakfast. Positioned within 2 - 10 minutes of anything you might need. Super helpful and friendly staff, really exceptional. Quiet during our visit (early April) but believe Ortranto could be busy (noisy ?) during June - August.

I stayed at Palazzo de Mori, in Otranto in April 2023. I only stayed for one night, and wish I had stayed longer. I corresponded with Sergio when I was selecting this hotel, and he was very helpful and informative. The gentleman that greeted me and checked me in was particularly professional, efficient, and friendly. I felt comfortable from arrival through checkout. I had a fantastic room, with a wonderful view looking out over the Marina. I was on a bicycle tour around Puglia, and they were very welcoming. I was able to park my bicycle in their secure courtyard overnight. My room was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It had all the things a traveler could expect. The breakfast was wonderful, and served on a beautiful terrace overlooking the marina. The ladies that served the breakfast greeted me with warm smiles, and brought delicious coffee. I would not hesitate in recommending Palazzo de Mori, or staying there again. My only regret was that I only stayed one night. If I had known how nice it was I would have shortened a stay someplace else, and stayed another day in Otranto.
