It would have been nice if we were informed that there was no hot water. We were looking forward to a hot shower after a 7 hour drive. Still not fixed in the morning. We were given a 15 % discount on our bill. Should have been told when we checked in.

Nice updated hotel, staff not very friendly.

This was our first experience at a beach location of the Baltic Sea. Although the hotel's website is not in English, the staff at the hotel were very kind in conversing with us in English. Everyone was very professional. Perhaps it was COVID and/or cultural differences but there was no real warmth at this hotel. We were slightly frustrated with breakfast. It was held in settings and by the time we checked-in to the hotel, the only time available was closer to late morning-lunch for the entire time we were booked. Alternative options were given - eating from our room (okay not great for EUR43) and we later found out (which worked out better) eating outside on the Strand. Options at breakfast was fine but nothing to blow you away. It must be challenging for the staff as it is not a full buffet service but you have to let them know what to put on your plate. They really did their best. The room was nice and comfortable. The pool is great. There is a free COVID testing centre and a place to hire bikes in front of the hotel. This hotel is not located near any shopping. I thought this was a plus but might affect some people's decision. For the price paid we expected more - we thought the prices were quite comparable with hotels in Switzerland (not on the beach of course!) with warmer service. For example, there was a coffee and tea service in the afternoon. It would have been nice if this was complimentary which it is, even in hotels in Zermatt. One other thing that bothered us was that those Strandkorb (?) you see on their website are not free and not part of the hotel. They need to be rented separately.

if you re looking for serenity - to get away from the masses, to watch beautiful sun sets every night and just have a very quiet and peaceful part of the coastline, this is your place. Due to corona, the hotel only offers breakfast however, there is no lunch, dinner or snack options - i was hungry at 11 pm but no way to get ANYTHING there, not even nuts - no mini bar - not even down at the reception etc. but the sea side rooms offer stunning views and are worth their extra cost - you can hear the waves and as it is a tranquil part there is no noice from people at all - at least when i was there. ideas for improvement: have a mini bar down at the reception so people don't have to starve - offer bicycle rent - offer more services under hygiene rules - some staff members were very friendly and seemed trained - others were a little "neutral" and not quite so well trained. breakfast could be done a la carte in corona times which would safe having to line up and then having to ask for every single peace of cheese etc.

Freundliches nettes Personal, beste Strandlage und sauber. Auch Umbauten müssen mal sein, aber doch nicht wenn wir da sind😀.

Tolles Hotel in Niendorf. Service sehr freundlich und immer bemüht Wünschen nachzukommen. Tolle Lage und Dank einiger Restaurants im Umkreis auch Kulinarisch alles prima. Schade nur, dass das Hotel selbst kein Restaurant (mehr) hat. Vielleicht könnte Nachmittags noch Kuchen angeboten werden - dafür gab es Espresso und Kaffee während unseres Aufenthaltes gratis. Hoffentlich werden bald wieder die Sitzmöglichkeiten (Strandkörbe) auf der Promenade aufgestellt. Zimmer sehr gemütlich und alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht. Parken ist auch hervorragend, wenn man einen Parkplatz gleich mit gebucht hat. Alles in allem eine tolle Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder, das ist dann wohl mindestens das 10. Mal :-)

Alles in allem weiter zu empfehlen. Top Empfang top Service, sehr nettes Personal. Definitiv weiter zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, alles wurde detailliert erklärt wo sich was befindet. Preis Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall und trifft definitiv zu.

Zum 2ten Mal Gast, sehr schade, dass die Lobby wegen Kälte, unbeheizt nicht zum Sitzen nutzbar. Kaffee nur in Thermoskanne, nicht wie beim ersten Besuch mit Nespressopads. Wären auch bereit gewesen, diese zu kaufen. Keinen Koch für das Restaurant zu finden, ist eine Sache, aber diese kleinen Dinge, wie ein ordentlicher Kaffee und ein warmes Zimmer, sind in dieser Kategorie schon vorauszusetzen. Man merkt, dass hier wohl finanzielle Probleme, Heizung runterregeln, alles ok, aber wenn die Fenster nicht dicht sind, verpufft auch diese Energie nach draussen.

Die Qualität der Zimmer hat sehr nachgelassen…. Raumtemperatur ist nicht regelbar war bei unseren aufhalten sehr kalt 🥶 . Das Personal war sehr nett und das Zimmer war schon um 14:00 für uns fertig 😊
