Best place to ruin out your vacation. Waste of money, dirty rooms, and outdated decorations. Bathroom dirty, no hot water, water kettle is disgusting, room's Telephone doesn't work, room's lighting is very weak and too dimmed. So unfortunate experience.

It has good services,specifically the mini club were Gozde take care properly with the kids.I am looking forward with the hot water in the room the next time.And i am also looking for the issue toothpaste and toothbrush everyroom.

We stayed for 2 night. The hotel is great valur as its a Full Board package (breakfast lunch and dinner), the food was quite basic but at least you find different style of protein everyday. The hot Chocolate at the 6th floor BISTRO was AMAAZIINNGGG. Fee: We got a car+driver from Istanbul, took us about 4.30hr from airport for about 5000lira. (Cash only) Ski school private class for 5 adults is 1100lira (cash only) for 50min. (Extra payment for the equipment. Accepts card) Throughout your time having fun in the snow, there is a photographer just takes random shots of you. Which you can purchase at the reception for 70lira per pix. (Accepts card) We ordered room service & snack in the bistro. We ordered so much and was charged about 800lira. (Accepts card) There is arcade in the hotel as well for the kids, indoor & outdoor swimming pool. Live music in the evening. PCR test is available on the 2nd floor. 500lira/person. (Cash only) Can i just give a huge appreciation for the hotel staff, especially Aydin from the restaurant.. All the staff at the 6th floor BISTRO. You guys are so warm & welcoming to us. You made our short holiday truly moment full. My critic is only about the lack of English the Ski instructors. But we enjoyed anyway. Will recommend families to go enjoy for 3 nights.

That was the worst 5 stars hotel I have ever stayed.Reception check-in,new year gala dinner organisation full mess and very bad organization.After fight they booked a table for our families,which of course when we went for the dinner was already given to another people.After all day skiing at 17 o’clock they asked if we want room cleaning…..all day free room to clean,but they asked exactly when we back from the slopes if we want to be clean and change the towels-absolutely unacceptable for 5 stars hotel.Rooms-nothing special,bad service,bad staff communication,for the spa they give robes only to VIP rooms.After all this when we checked out and we’re already on our way back they called to say that we didn’t pay one bill,which of course we never order.They called few times and even handle the phone when we explained that we never made that order… So in the end they charge you like a “5 stars” hotel,but they serve you not more than a 2 stars one. Don’t go!!!

Ağaoğlu excellent.. Very beatiful hotel. Food is good. Room clean is perceft. Especially Mini club Gözde 🌸🌸🌸 She is very helpful, friendly, smiling. Our kids and we loved it. The children had a great time in the mini club.

The price of the hotel is like a 5 stars superior … the quality of the rooms and the services is like a 2 stars ! Only good thing of the hotel is the hot pool and the activity for kids The rooms are very bad without any style The food really average The menu very poor and the prices higher than in St.Moritz

Burada kendinizi her daim özel hissedeceğiniz, sürekli açık büfe servis ile dünya mutfağına hakim lezzetler sizi bekliyor olacak. Ağaoğlu pist bölgesine yakınlığı ile oldukça tercih sebebidir. Burada kayak tutkunu olan kişler için benzersiz deneyimler sunacak fırsatlar söz konusudur. Ağaoğlu bölge olarak, en popüler olan ve kayak pistinin hemen yanı başında olması sebebi ile oldukça önemli bir konuma sahiptir. Burada sınırsız olarak yararlanabileceğiniz wifi sayesinde, erişiminiz hiç kesilmeden hertürlü internet ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabilirsiniz. Kendinizi özel hissedeceğiniz servis ve sunum detayları da oldukça göz dolduran başka bir unsurdur. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum, özellikle kış aylarında mutlaka tatil için tercih etmelisiniz.
