1. On the first day of breakfast, there were only bread slices, no eggs, ham and other hot food, and there were no bread slices in the next few days. (Breakfast is included in my order. )2. When I checked in on the first day, I saw that it was very messy and not cleaned. Later, after the hotel staff came in and cleaned it. 3. During I took a shower, I found that there was no shampoo, only conditioner, so I had to call to send it. What's more worse, there was no hot water in the middle of the shower. 4. The air conditioner in the room is particularly dirty and moldy to the naked eye, so I didn't dare to turn on the air conditioner these days. I usually don't give bad reviews. Even if it's just one or two things mentioned above, I won't be angry, but these things together make me feel very bad. Even in the off-season of tourism, there are few customers, but as long as you are open for business, you should try best to do everything well.

Some utilities, wafflemaker, telephones didn't work.Carpeting needs cleaning. I realize a new owner has just moved in, however, the hotel manager ignored our complaints. The staff were excellent, but where was the manager/leader??

Interior was very worn and damaged. Carpets were 15 years past replacement needed. Poor repair/remodel efforts on Sheetrock and painting. Water distribution in shower was a mystery for anything but hot water. Usually cool/mild fluctuations in temperature and rarely hot at all. No mention of not having an elevator. I have trouble with stairs. When booking all only my room King Suite and a couple of double bed rooms. When we were there the place was at best 1/3 occupancy. I can only assume the remainder were too poor of a condition to actually rent out. White towels were each stained, cleaned I pray but not a joy to use. I would expect this level of hotel experience to be closer to a $45/ night motel in a rural southern state if that much. Sadly only saw 3 people working there the entire time and it was the same 3 people who also stayed there because of long hours and removed travel time to not die from exhaustion I’m sure. They were very kind and this obviously wasn’t their fault.

I’ve stayed in worst places, but not much worse. This was terrible. There is no elevator. Guest must carry their bags up the stairs and down the stairs. The hotel was out of regular coffee for the in-room coffee maker. There were no cups for the coffee maker in the room. I retrieved cups from the lobby and they were the wrong size for the in room coffee maker so I could not use it. Most of disturbingly, the dead lock lock on the door did not work. When I inquired about it, I was told that the deadlocks on all the second floor rooms were in operable. The breakfast was substandard, not hot, and the juice machine was out of service. There is no shampoo in the room, the hotel is out of shampoo. Terrible. Never again.

It seems like they need to invest in some new bedding. Also parking was awful with all of the trucks with boat trailers in for the tournament. They should have to park their trailer’s somewhere else and not take up 4 spots each. They also all leave at 5:30 am and make ALOT of noise. Otherwise, the place was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Filthy! Room wasn’t clean and they couldn’t change rooms as they were full! Understaffed! Smelled of pot and it should have been a smoke free facility. Make the mistake of eating the breakfast offered and ended up with food poisoning. I want at the bare minimum a full refund!! This place should be shut down!!!

Dirty, smells bad (mixture of men’s room urinal soap, maryjane and cigarette smoke- good times), toilet seat is broken, no soap, my kids won’t even use the bedding, bed is literally broken (you lay down and it falls to the ground) & we paid for a suite with a couch- didn’t have a couch for our 5th guest), we are too tired to change rooms and get the funk outta here. Haven’t stayed at a dive like this, in a long time. Straight up definition of dive. I feel Gross.
