Lake House Hotel

My daughter and I have fallen in love with this hotel. We have come here two years now and plan on making this hotel our yearly family vacation destination with the grandkids. The staff is friendly and helpful. The two pools are clean and the grandkids love the waterslides. They offer two hot tubs, which are working! The play area is a great bonus. The breakfast they serve is wonderful and the coffee is available 24/7. Rooms are clean and rates are decent. We love the location and the area has a lot to offer. Hoping to come back next year with more grandkids!

My mother and aunt were in town for Labor Day weekend. We had booked a room for them at The Resort at Lake of the Ozarks as it is next to our marina. Unfortunately the rooms there were absolutely filthy (dirty socks left in the floor, bugs, dirty bedding, etc) Our friend at our marina suggested Lake House Hotel. Lifesaver. The hotel is pristine. They are literally always cleaning, and the owner is so sweet. The hotel is located in the center of everything (dining, shopping, marinas, etc). If you have kids, they will love the water slide and mini golf course. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will always book here for family and friends!

Somehow we overlooked staying here before. What an oversight! This place has some of the cleanest rooms and facilities we have ever stayed at. Let me start by talking about when I walked in to get our room. I met the owners and what a wonderful, welcoming experience it was. As soon as I walked in the lobby , I felt so comfortable with the way it was set up and the cleanliness. The husband and wife team are accommodating and tool the time to answer my questions and gave me the details of the times they close the front door, pool, etc. Our room was spotless. The shower was perfect, the beds were very comfortable. Their breakfast was great, plenty of selection, and easy to navigate. The price is unbeatable. We most definitely will be staying here again! Thank you again. You made our stay worth while.

We just arrived home after a stay at this wonderful hotel. The 2 pools are very nice and clean, they have a mini golf area , basketball area and cornhole area along with toddler riding toys. The facility is very clean , flowers are beautiful. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. You will love it as much as we did

Friendly owners who live on site. Extremely clean, comfortable rooms. Lots for kids to do! Indoor pool with hot tubs. Outdoor pool and a large slide. Even miniature golf. Beautiful flower baskets and the breakfast was wonderful!

Great owners and staff. Comfortable beds and very clean. We have stayed here the last four years on our fishing trips. They we’re remodeling the interior while we were there and it looked great. Would highly recommend it

When I first arrived, I was one of the only people at the hotel. I stayed on the 2nd floor, and when I stepped off the elevator, I smelled a VERY strong chemical smell that I suppose was paint. The room was fairly clean and updated, but the next morning when I got up to shower, there were stains all over the inside of the shower curtain and the toilet wouldn’t flush correctly. That 2nd evening, a school group arrived and I quickly discovered that the indoor pool was directly below my room and the music and noise were EXTREMELY loud!!!! It sounded like they were right outside my door. Not to mention, I was placed right next to the stairwell and spent most of my 2nd evening listening to people go up and down the stairs with their suitcases.

Great little hotel. Rooms are on the small side but very well kept and have nice amenities. A family run business with very friendly employees who take pride in their business. The pool is fun and lots of unique activities outside. I will be back!

Hotel was great! Hotel is clean, well maintained, has 2 pools, 2 water slides and lots of things for kids! Owners and staff are wonderful! Rooms are quiet and clean! Would definitely stay again when we are back in the Ozarks!
