노보텔 사클레(Novotel Paris Saclay)

Situé dans le centre de Saclay, bien indiqué, parking gratuit. Personnel sympathique et cadre agréable. La chambre est plutôt spacieuse avec un canapé (manque petite table basse du coup), une grande télévision et un bureau. Rien à redire sur la propreté. En revanche, la literie n'est pas d'une grande qualité pour ce type d'hôtel, j'ai vu mieux à Ibis. Salle de bain avec une grande douche. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

une réunion et repas a été organisée chez novotel saclay. Pour des raison écologiques , déja vu chez accord, ces établissements ne chauffent pas . donc réunion et repas dans un froid glacial . accord ne chauffe pas mais la secu débourse , car nombreux ont été malades à la suite. Je m étonne que novotel serve encore de la viande au lieu d une potée de légumes issus du plateaux de saclay. De plus , contradiction de cet hotel qui vante sa climatisation et sa piscine, équipements hautement énergivores et hautement anti écologiques. merci de prévenir vos clients d'arriver équipés grand froid

Venu prendre le dîner, tout étais au top du top on a super bien manger, la cuisto étais seule en cuisine elle a super bien gérer son service, est venu nous demander si tout aller bien c'était super agréable d'échanger avec elle, le serveur au top aussi, je recommande les yeux fermés et je reviendrais avec plaisir pour les prochaines passage dans la région !!

Week-end en couple au mois de septembre ou le temps etait au rendez-vous :). Expérience au top, chambre, piscine et mention spéciale pour le restaurant. Un grand Merci à Thibault et son équipe qui a pris soin de nous tout au long du week-end . Nous reviendrons.

We stayed in this hotel as a stopover on a long-distance journey but made a point to arrive early to enjoy the facilities. In this respect, we weren’t disappointed. For a family wanting to have some evening activities, there was plenty: decent outdoor pool, mini-golf, table tennis, table football. Definitely a hotel where you can begin to build up a holiday feeling. However the overwhelming issue was the extortionate pricing at the bar, and to some extent restaurant. We’re more than happy to pay a premium where it’s justified but in this case they are blatantly cashing in on captive guests; we witnessed several other groups reeling in shock at the costs. We decided we would have to accept this is how things were and we would end up being a little conned. Fine. But on leaving, the receptionist processed our check-out and told us there was nothing to pay. Subsequently the hotel then contacted us to say that we still owed them more money. This was now hugely inconvenient/annoying/unnecessary - I had no issue in paying whatever I owed, even if it had felt overpriced - but this now creates stress and hassle as we left the hotel for our holiday. I feel they are deliberately evasive - I can only assume this is a deliberate tactic because they see so many complaints. I will be complaining to Novotel and requesting the CCTV showing that I checked out in person and gave the hotel the opportunity to charge me then and there. We are quite relaxed about price but this was enough to spoil our stay. The other issue is that this hotel is located right on the very edge of Paris - very little to do anywhere around it, so unless you want to travel over an hour into the city you are stuck there. So lots of potential, but the pricing grates too much.

The hotel is amazing for families. There is a swimming pool, mini golf, football, petanque and a small climbing frame outside. Inside there are lots of wooden table top games to play as well as table football - all free. My girls (9 & 11) absolutely loved it. It was an overnight stop for us but we spent the afternoon at the hotel and had a brilliant time. The restaurant was also great. I would highly recommend staying here.

👍🏻 bon hôtel si vous venez pour le travail, situé près de CEA de Saclay et des universités, petit déjeuner express copieux et buffet du petit déjeuner qui a l'air de proposer beaucoup de choses, sachets de thé proposés dans la chambre, grande télé, bureau, couloirs relativement propres, personnel de l'hôtel très sympathique et accueillant, stationnement facile dans le parking 👎🏻 Attention à vérifier la note finale car l'hôtel à tendance à inclure par défaut le petit déjeuner buffet au lieu du petit déjeuner express (environ 10€ de différence) Le terrain de mini golf à l'air plutôt vétuste vu de dehors

Ma 2nde fois dans cet hôtel, toujours un super séjour. Le personnel est très aimable et arrangeant, on n'a vraiment pas l'impression d'être dans une grande chaîne. Merci pour tout !

The first thing you notice is how big and well kept the place is. Upon entering you realise it is modern and extremely welcoming. The staff are very friendly and helpful the place is clean and well kept. The person that made my stay memorable is a man named Werner , he floats around the place and is extremely attentive to the gust needs. Every time I needed something he was around to help with a big smile. I love his energy and how he makes you feel welcomed and important , incredible service skills. Werner makes an ideal ambassador for the Brand and I will definitely be using Novotel again.
