우리는 두 번 여기에 머물렀다. 메인 사진에서 볼 수있는 분수를 둘러싸고있는 여러 속성이 있기 때문에이 지역을 메리어트 빌리지라고합니다. 이것은 거대하지만 거기에 머무는 모든 사람들을 수용 할 수있는 거대한 아침 식사 공간이 있습니다. 우리는 전체 학교 그룹이 들어오는 것을 보았고, 서빙 라인, 여러 가지 (여러 주스 기계, 여러 토스트기 등) 및 다른 좌석 공간을 잘 배치 했으므로 혼잡하지 않았습니다. 마을 안에는 기념품 점, 피자 등의 상점이 있지만 호텔에서 걸어 가면 BJ와 바하마 산들 바람이 있습니다. 도보로 5 분 미만의 거리에서 훌륭한 음식을 먹을 수 있습니다. 디즈니 셔틀 버스가있는 곳으로 걸어 간 다음 직진하십시오. BJ는 왼쪽에, Bahama Breeze는 오른쪽에 있습니다. 친절한 도움, 호텔 전체의 밝고 친근한 색상, 주차 찾기 및 디즈니 무료 셔틀 이용에 어려움이 없었습니다.

올랜도 공항 내에 위치하고있어 저와 제 가족이 걸어서 방을 이용할 수있게 도와주었습니다. 우리는 충분한 시간 안에 우리 비행으로 그것을 만들지 않았기 때문에 예기치 않게 방이 필요했습니다. 직원들은 도움이되었고 객실은 매우 좋았습니다.

The staff was rude. They do not care about customer service or their guests. Hotel is run down. For how expensive this hotel is, I expected way better. 1st room had period blood on the toilet and floor of the bathroom!!! Not sure how you miss that one! We got in early, and they were supposed to call us when the room was ready. We went to the pool to wait. We were told there that the pool was temporarily closed, but only for a couple of hours. So we grabbed some chairs and laid down. After 2 hours, we inquired when the pool would open. They told us soon and to hold tight. We did, from 9 til 3:30. It never opened. They started to paint or seal the slide, and the spray came on our faces, lungs, and all over our drinks and food. So we moved seats. Went to go in the kiddie pool to cool off, and as we were walking up, the pH tested bad, and they shut it down for 2+ hours (told us it would be 30 mins). We finally had enough and went to the front desk to check on our room. We saw them handing keys out and checking guests in. Magically, they had not one, but two ready, even though they never called us, and gave people who checked in later their rooms. The first one had the blood, so we changed rooms, since it was not clean. Changing rooms was the only right thing they did. They definitely over promise and under deliver. We were told at 3:30 that they didn't care we were upset that the only sunny day we were there, the pool was closed, because we could have gone to another property to swim!!! Even though that is 3 boat rides and a 20+ min to get to, we would have gone, had they told us that at 9 or 11 or 1, when we continued to check on the status of the pool. They literally had a we don't care, it's not our problem, attitude. Went to have lunch and when we walked in, we were told they were closed and reopen in 30 minutes. Went back in 40, and were told they were closed for 30 minutes. They have no clue what is going on, and none of their staff is on the same page. They all have lackluster attitudes, and could care less if your stay is good or not. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for the money!!!!

I'm a frequent traveler and stay 100-150+ IHG nights a year. I don't have many reviews of properties on TripAdvisor because.... I simply normally don't need to warn guests away from bad ones. You need to avoid this property. The room I received was BADLY in need of a renovation and had trash on the floor. And insects. IN the bed. Pictures posted from the video I took. It's quite rare to get a room with insects on the floor, let alone in the bed. It's quite disconcerting to look down and see wiggling all over your bed. Gross. Disgusting. Dirty. I asked the front desk to have management call for an explanation, no call after a week. When I called, the assistant mgr asked what room I was in because he didn't know. When I told him, he replied that they had inspected the room and found no insects. This is a neat trick considering two seconds earlier he had no idea what room I was in, and off the top of his head he knows 123 was inspected and insect free? And just how may rooms had reports of insects, anyway? In any case, he repeated several times that the GM was too busy to call any guests and generally had a spectacular 'I don't care' attitude. This management attitude is also on display in the quality and cleanliness of the rooms. I also read a review in which management claims they started renovating the property last year. If you're a Spire or Platinum guest, apparently don't expect to get one of the renovated rooms. The hotel insisted I pay $25 to receive a Spire upgrade that any other property in the entire network would provide for free (My IHG hotel in Thailand upgraded me without my asking to what could be best described as a palace. Here, I couldn't even get upgraded to a room without insects.) Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. You've been warned. There are multiple IHG properties in town, with a fantastic Holiday Inn Express literally a few steps up the street from this nightmare. Go there. Holiday Inn Express Nearest Universal is the name. I've been there three times in the past month, and it's great.

NASTY NASTY NASTY!!! First off we would have left if other hotels were not booked. We were moved to three different rooms. First one the AC didn’t work and then someone clearly had a Bowel movement and it was clogged and no one looked at it. Final room the sink was broke (see photo). There was NO WIFI, Pubic Hair in my towels so had to go buy my own, no shuttles to the park or breakfast like it says there is online. Absolutely DISGUSTING. Front desk didn’t seem to care about any of this all they offered was switching my room but after the third move we were so over it!!! There’s also mold growing in the showers and sink (see photos). The carpet is so appalling!! Stains all over. And phones in the room forget it they don’t work either.

I stayed in this hotel for a week. The hotel location is very close to the convention center, about 5-10 minutes walk. There are 7eleven and Walgreens nearby. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel. There are also iHoop, Mc Donald, Red Lobster, Denys and Dunkin donuts nearby. The check in and check out process is fast, the room is big and the bed also very comfortable.
