더 포인트 호텔 & 스위트 올랜도(The Point Hotel & Suites Universal)

This place was in a good location and very clean. Staff was so nice.

My stay was wonderful, it was cozy and peaceful!! I also had a wonderful view of international drive from the balcony!! King size bed with jet tube and a full kitchen I cooked in!!

The point is our favorite place to stay in Orlando. My only issue this time was that the room did not have all of the kitchen pots and pans. We usually cook while staying there but overall the room was clean and the front desk personnel are always nice.

First room we got, shower didn’t work. They did not leave any sheets for the pullout couch which we intended to use and the tv had static/crappy picture. Oh and the hotel phone didn’t work. Got a new room. Fridge didn’t work and once again, no sheets for pullout couch. We go down to lobby to grab sheets and they hand us what we thought were sheets. Get to our room and it’s a bunch of pillow cases. Don’t see ourselves staying here again.

Check in wasn't smooth. But the rest of our stay was great!! The check in girl seamed like she was annoyed to check us in and i had to go back to get my breakfast coupons no hot water in the shower but the maintenance man was great the bartender was the best he hooked up the heater for us and was very personable a great person

Got the King Suite, bed was AWFUL! My girl and I could not sleep at all, tyen the parking lot is right outside tge rooms on the bottom floor, and the walls sound like they are made out of paper! I could hear some lady beating her kid across tge hall at one point! Talk about trying to put some sparkle on a turd! Pictures have to be photo shopped because the glimmer from the pictures sure isnt anywhere to be found here!

The rooms were huge and very clean. A real home from home. Kitchen washer/dryer. Spa bath and massive shower. Coffee machine. Tv in lounge and bedroom. Very close to dockside hotel. We used the bus there for transport to universal studios. Also an Iride trolley stop just outside the main entrance. 10/15 minute walk to I drive and you come out very near to The Titanic Exhibition. All the staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful. There is an outside bar and very clean neat pool area. We did not soend much time out there as it was January but I'm sure when its warmer it would be lovely. We did miss an inside bar at the end of the night. But we found Bjs Brewhouse and restaurant next to a Walgreens on I drive and about a 20 minute walk or a very fast Uber away. A shop might be handy at the hotel but that and an inside bar are the only things it lacked for us. Would def recommend and stay here again. Thanks for a great stay.

The stay was nice and comfortable. It's in a great location which worked for us. Do to the cold weather, I didn't experience the pool and hot tube. Only problem I had was getting wash clothes. We didn't have any, and when we asked for more. We were given hand towels and large towels.
