The people that work there are fantastic, can’t say enough good about the staff but my room was disgusting. I looked for bedbugs. I didn’t find any, but the condition of the room was unbelievably bad. I wouldn’t even enter the shower. Uniformed Security guard in front to protect you from others staying there. Vending machines are broken staff got me water from their own supply and have it to me free. Again, great people.

Absolutely disgusting conditions. Mold in the bathrooms, bathtub that didn't drain, very little water pressure or hot water, stained carpet and by far, the worst smelling hotel I've ever stayed in. The hotel also advertises free breakfast which is coffee and packets of instant oatmeal therefore do not choose this location for that reason. I will say that Chloe at the front dest was very kind and apologetic about the conditions.

Everything about the room was horrible. The hotel and room smelled. The floor was so dirty the towel I used to wipe the floor with turned black. The fridge was dirty the was a roach in living room. You can tell the room haven’t been cleaned properly in a very long time. There were dirt behind the night stand by bed. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable to sleep on and bed was broken. The remote didn’t work for tv. I asked for extra bedding and was told to bring my current one to be washed and reused. I will never stay there ever again.

The whole building was filthy. No sheets on bed. The room smelled like cigarettes. I want my money back. I am not kidding.

Unfortunately, this was a bad experience. There were sugar ants all over the stove and counter. The room was not clean. Dirt and smudges located on almost every wall, light socket, and light switch. The hallway and lobby smelled like ****... smelled like that both days. No bueno.

Room was outdated and not clean. There was hair on the bed, the toilet had not been cleaned and the floor was sticky. We checked in and out 15 minutes later.

The place is decent to stay a night or 2 but nothing more. Bathrooms are in bad shape and theres a smell coming from the water. Location is great for entertainment and restaurant

Room was dirty and the refrigerator looked like a bathroom exploded on it. When entering the building there is an overwhelming smell of the devils lettuce. This is a smoke free property but evidently not. Overall not cared for and you can tell by the way management words the letter they give you that they don’t care.

My door wouldn’t lock unless I was in the room. Alerted staff that I could t lock the door when I was leaving to go to a meeting. Came back hours later and the door was closed but still not locked. That’s not a small thing. Staff was friendly otherwise and the place was clean.
