El telefono con el que se creó la reserva no se correspondía con el nuestro. Sin embargo, el servicio de atención al cliente lo solventó en 10 minutos. Las instalaciones son simples, poco se puede pedir…limpieza 7/10, comodidad del colchón 3/10.

Stayed in Stile Libero with my wife and kids as we were flying out from Bergamo very early the next morning. We arrived at around 1 o’clock and even though check in isn’t until 3 the hostess allowed us to come in and expedited preparation of our room to get it ready for us. She also recommended a lovely local restaurant for lunch and assisted me in organising a taxi for the airport. We only got a taxi because of the early time of our flight. We did walk over to the shopping centre opposite the airport, kids 10 & 5, in around 15 - 20 minutes, so it’s definitely walking distance to the airport

나는 오전 1시 직후 베르가모 공항에 도착했다. 외부의 택시 운전사는 가난한 의심 할 여지없는 도착에 대한 먹이를 먹는 광란 속에서 상어와 같았다. ... 나는 일반적인 관행과 마찬가지로 차 선의 앞쪽으로 갔다. 운전자는 내가 어디로 가고 있는지 물었고, 다른 운전자에게 소리 지르기 시작했고, 다른 차를 지적하고, 거기에 가라고 말했다. 혼자 여행하는 여성으로서 나는 조심한다. 나는 운전자에게 이미 그의 차에 누군가가 있었다라고 말했다. ... 그들은 당신을 포장합니다! 우리 중 세 명, 나는 첫 번째 드롭, 2 분 후 우리 호텔에 도착, 20 유로! 분명히 최소 요금! 이 얼마나 나쁜! 22도의 끓는 에어컨으로 인해 잠을 자지 않은 다음 날 아침 커튼을 열었습니다! 공항은 주요 도로를 가로 질러 호텔 바로 맞은 편에 있습니다! 다음날 나는 지하도를 통해 도로 위로 공항에 걸어 갔다 (나는 밤에 혼자서 이것을하지 않았지만 리셉션에서 체크인 한 남자가했다) 방은 기본적이고 칙칙했고, 장식 ... 나는 ... 뻔뻔하고 평평한 말을 사용한다. 호스텔! 사진 없음, 오래된, 피곤하고 둔한 가구 ... 우울한 ... 오, 티 트레이! 내가 놀랐던 작은 냉장고에 어떤 성격이나 안락함이없는이 끔찍한 방에 삽입되어 코카콜라 한 캔과 물 2 병 ... 3.50 유로 각각 가격이 책정되었습니다! 나는 누락 된 차 쟁반에 대한 나의 불쾌감을 체크 아웃하는 것에 언급했다. 그리고 lovely 한 접수 원은 표준 방에 차 쟁반이 없다는 것을 나에게 알렸다, 나는 아침 식사없이 1 박 동안 1 인 1 인당 142 파운드를 지불했다! 나는 솔직히 차 쟁반이 기본 요구 사항이며, 최소한 무료 물 한 병이 있다고 믿습니다. 나는 자체 취사 장소를 가지고 있으며이 모든 것을 제공합니다! 나는이 끔찍한 장소에 다시 머물지 않을 것이다.

This is one of those rare hotels where everything is perfect. The location is perfect (4 min drive from the airport and 7 min to train station). Everything is modern, amazing design, latest technologies in the room. Huge space in the bathroom and the room (we even had a tub in the room). You can also buy some drinks from the fridge if u arrived late and thirsty. The mattress is molded to your body (not old style). We interacted with 3 employees, they are all very nice and speak perfect English. Breakfast is good. Remember you in Italy, so no hot items, but at least it's not just pastries. Some cold cuts of ham, turkey, cheese, boiled eggs, bread, yogurt, croissants, muffins, donuts and more cakes, juices, cereal. And the little area for breakfast is so beautiful and cute. View is amazing. And the most important everything is sooo clean (its hard to get from me 5 stars for cleaning, I'm super picky). Tips: if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs, you can hear the planes and the church bell. If you arrive late (like we did after 11pm) the shuttle from the hotel is not going to pick u up. You can take official taxi for 15 euros. There is no Uber (we waited 15 minutes) no drivers were found on Sunday morning to go to the train station. Hotel called for us some other taxi and they charge 20 euros for super short drive.
