호텔 매직 라 마사나(Hotel Magic la Massana)

Très bon séjour. Seul bemol : parking souterrain à 22 €/jour mais accessible avec ascenseur (impossible de trouver une place à proximité). Chambre impeccable, spacieuse, bonne literie, grande salle de bain mais manquait porte-manteau et meuble pour poser les affaires. Moquette du couloir un peu défraîchie pour un 4 étoiles. Buffet petit-déjeuner extrêmement copieux, personnel aux petits soins.

Terrible service just been stood for 10 minutes at the bar trying to get a drink. While the hopeless waitress behind the bar walked back and forward along the bar ignoring anyone except her friends. We left along with 2 other customers. Don’t even bother if you want a drink. Not a great start to our stay here.

Spent a fabulous week at this hotel with family and friends in March 2024. Really easy check in from friendly helpful staff. We had 5 rooms, 2 were very large, the other 3 were smaller but quite adequate. All rooms comfortable and daily cleaning was superb. We had half board, very extensive breakfast, lots of choice of great food. Evening meals were equally good, tasty and filling. We had a vegan as part of our party, I emailed the hotel prior to let them know. What a response, vegan yoghurt and cheese at breakfast and a freshly prepared vegan meal every evening. Many thanks to the chef for being so accommodating, with such fabulous food. Best vegan meals our son has had EVER! Evenings were spent in the bar, sometimes a little noisy with all the table soccer, pool and computer games but a good a**osphere. Good prices for drinks and very friendly bar staff. Very short walk to the Gondola ski lift, after collecting gear from the hotel ski storage area at the hotel. Only negative point was the lift in the mornings when you are on the 5th floor, but to be expected and definitely not a major problem, patience helps. We still made the early lifts! Would definitely recommend this hotel and will book again if skiing in Pal Arinsal. Thanks you to all the staff for a wonderful stay.

This place is great! Friendly staff, clean with good food. And it has a lively and authentic Irish style bar which we loved. Special thanks to Matias, Agustin and Melanie the bar staff, for looking after my wife and I. We'll definitely come back.

Two words … criminal behaviour. For an “Irish pub” 🤣 Also did not pour it properly lol! Food is average bring your own seasoning however. Rooms comfortable, fair for the low price you pay and close to ski lifts. Would stay here again after they learn to pour a Guinness lol!

We're staying here at the moment on a ski trip and I'm putting pen to paper mainly to give the staff a huge thumbs up. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. The restaurant staff, bar staff and the cleaning teams, are absolute stars . So many smiling faces. I don't think we have had such consistency of high service, with such friendly staff anywhere. It's quite busy here in the hotel at the moment, with gatherings of large Spanish families, so you could understand if the staff let things slip a little, but no, they haven't. The bar and restaurant staff are unbelievably efficient and super friendly. The just don't stop. Maybe it's clever recrui**ent, good training, or just good people who do their jobs well. Whatever it is, it shines through and we really are appreciative of it. The reception staff are super helpful too. We had a light break and it was fixed within an hour of us reporting it!! Great service. The hotel delivered all that we would expect from it. Comfortable, clean, a decent buffet for breakfast and dinner and a buzzing a**osphere in bar. It's our first visit to the town of La Massana and we will definitely return. Lovely little town, with easy access to Andorra la Vella too. We have stayed in Soldeu a couple of times and although we like it, we prefer it here. I think it would be a beautiful summer destination too. Anyway, a final shout out to the amazing staff at Magic La Massana. You're definitely smashing it, in all the right ways.

We had a lovely stay here for our skiing holiday. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Perfect for what we needed. There are no coffee/tea making facilities but I knew that before we went and took my travel kettle. There are a few supermarkets in the town with one very close by on the way to the gondola. Fairly reasonable prices and very friendly staff. There is a locker room in the hotel car park which is free to use. Keys are given out by reception (10 euro charge if it gets lost). The gondola to the resort is within walking distance. We found it difficult/hard work to carry ski equipment and walk in ski boots to the gondola and then up the stairs to the entrance so we went in trainers (not much snow during our stay) and then put these in our rucksacks when we got to the top. The bar is good with sport playing on the tvs. There is a pool table, table football and darts. We took some games and played them most evenings before dinner. Apparently the beer was very reasonably priced too! The restaurant for breakfast and dinner is buffet style with chefs available to make omelettes in the mornings and also cooking meat to order in the evenings. The lady greeting us for each meal was amazing. She was so friendly and smiley. Her name was Ayelen. She got to know where our favourite table was and what room numbers we were in. A great asset to the hotel. The food was delicious, The chicken curry mid week of our stay was the best! Our whole party had it with some going back for seconds. We had a couple of fussy eaters but there was always chips, plain pasta, bread and salad for each meal so all were catered for. The evening service didn't start until 7.30 which was a little later than we would have chosen but not really a problem. We had a small problem with a safe but it was resolved within 30 minutes. We had an early morning check out (before breakfast) so was given a breakfast bag when we left in the morning which was a nice touch. All in all a great stay, with no complaints. I would certainly recommend this hotel for a stay in La Massana.

Good location and facilities. Only negative point was the queue for dinner every evening. We decided to have dinner at 8.30pm to avoid the initial rush. Other than that, a good base for skiing, close to the gondola.
