Check in was a bit of a hassle but it was Expedia’s fault. The lady at the front desk (mornings) was kind and worked diligently to get us checked in. The rooms were FILTHY. Dropped our things off and then went to visit my grandfather in the hospital. When we returned there was a cockroach ON MY PILLOW!! The shower walls look like they had never been scrubbed. There was soap scum, mold, and a bloody booger on them. WEAR FLIP FLOPS, TOUCH NOTHING! No trash can in bathroom. The floor in the room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a good while. Even left a coffee stirrer in the middle of the floor. We paid for 3 nights and got exactly two bath towels and two wash cloths. Tried to exchange them with housekeeping and she didn’t speak a word of English. Didn’t make up the room or exchange the towels in the 3 days we stayed even though we put the card on the door asking them to. Lady at the front desk (evenings) was too busy to exchange towels so we got our own from the closet next to the elevators. I feel like you could get a roach motel for less than what this place costs.
