푼토 디 오로 레지던스(Punto di Oro Residences)

I had a wonderful experience with Punto di Oro! The location is a bit set back from the main activity in Oranjestad, but for the value it is definitely worth it. I recommend renting a car. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The complex itself is beautiful with a lovely pool. Staff was super friendly, accommodating, and even hooked me up with their convenient car rental service on site. I would absolutely stay with them again on a return trip to Aruba and recommend their services.

The property is ok at best. 1st you need a rental car wherever you stay on the island. The area around property look run down. The property itself is under renovation but our (4) days there we did not see any worker (as if they ran out of money). The room was clean (but a very hard bed) the website pictures of site needs to be updated. It loom like they are using pictures from grand opening

The Owners are super nice people. They attended to us on every inquire we had. We slept very comfortable and cooked a few times in the 1/1 apt. They also rent cars, rented last car available at a very good rate from owner on a very high season. He also dropped us off to the airport. Will recommend very friendly atmosphere.

So I rate this property a 3.5 star but upped it to 4 for one reason. The service provided by the onsite staff is incredible. The people skills here are top notch, not necessarily true at the larger resorts on the Island. If you are looking for a good value, clean and comfortable unit, Punta Di Oro is it. The property is located away from the beaches but very convenient to all areas of the island as it is located just off of Route 2. We were able to get to Eagle Beach in 10 minutes, the airport in 5 minutes, and the high rise area in 15 minutes. There is a great grocery store, CMart, just 5 minutes away. One of the newest mainstream grocery stores that opened just a year ago. It has all you need in one place. If you just need a quick grab there is an oriental grocery store a minute away. Washer/Dryer on site that uses Florins only. A nice pool in the courtyard and a nice grilling area. There is currently construction going on for a large addition but did not affect our stay at all. The owner/management provides beach towels and chairs if needed. When I mentioned I wanted to grill the utensils were sitting on our dining room chair upon our return. Housekeeping is great and they have "real"hot water. Some local hotels offer roof top heating tanks that offer luke warm showers. This was HOT water. So great to wash the salt off. If you would rather pay $100 +/- per night as opposed to $500 for a beachfront resort you can use that $400 daily to have Aruban Fun in the Sun. To be completely transparent, I am an Aruban born US citizen that loves my birth island.

He was a good place and nice and quiet

Nice to be able to cook rather than eat out all the time. Pool was nice and there was a nice grill and gazebo for us to use. Staff was friendly and nice.

Having been to Aruba well over a dozen times in the past 6 years , this will be my go to spot going forward. I’m quite familiar with the island and Punto di Oro allows me to enjoy every single amenity Aruba has to offer and it’s close to Eagle n Palm beach as well as downtown. I go diving w Mermaid Divers me they’re less than 2 miles away. The rooms are spacious, clean me comfortable. I’ve yet to use the barbecue area but this past week I finally got to dip in the pool. The security guard outside at night was just an extra cherry on the top. I’ll make sure to get my frequent guest gift next Jan when I return.

hard to find need better indications, we love the place clean with all you need to make your stay perfect

One year ago we stayed at this apartments. So this is no recent information. But we liked it here very much. Nice well equipped apartment. Good location. Nice swimmingpool. A terrace outside and bbq facilities. Friendly staff. Guard at parking place at night.
