Hampton Inn by Hilton Orlando Southeast Nona

The property is lovely and easily assessable. For what appears to be a brand new building, our toilet ran all night. Had to close the door to drown out the noise. These “free breakfasts” need work on most hotels; older and new. They keep making the same mistakes; toasters that take forever. You have to decide between eating your food hot or your coffee or tea cold while you wait for your toast.

When I arrived at 12:30 PM, the receptionist on duty was too inattentive, she was talking on the phone before answering us, and then because she checked on us before 3 PM, she tried to charge an extra 25 dollars. We decided to return at 3 PM

I stayed just one night and did not have much chance to interact with staff but the room was clean and comfortable.

My 8 lb pet is charged an extra fee even though I had already paid and it was unrefundable Absolutely ridiculous. I will never stay at this unfriendly establishment again

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast brioche sandwich was yummy. If you ever need a place to stay near the medical facility at Lake Nona, this is the place!

This property exceeded my expectations. The property itself was modern, beautifully designed, and clean. The staff, especially front desk day and night, was helpful and accommodating. All front desk staff were personable, professional, and seemed to really enjoy their job. If ever in the area again, I would definitely book another stay.

Nice place to be of you are looking for a silent disconnection to the outside. P.s : have limited dining options

I stay here frequently due to family living in this area . I love the area feels new , safe and lots of food options within driving distance or even slight walking distance . The staff is friendly if you have any issue they try yo solve them fast the breakfast is great and included for free with your stay; they have alittle of everything only sad thing is it closes at 10 on the dot . If your not an early bird you’ll miss it they don’t play around it closes exactly at 10am lol I get up early just to eat the breakfast when I stay here and the breakfast staff is super nice helpful and friendly . Lowra the cook staff knows me already lol so do the others . Very nice stay here love it .

This hotel is new and nice very friendly breakfast staff . Breakfast is really good has more then the basics . Eggs , sausage, bacon , waffles , yogurt , oatmeal , cereal , juice and more . Gota love it . Lowdra the breakfast staff person is so helpful and friend . Front desk is good about solving any issues fast . Rooms and hotel are very new and well kept . Area surrounding the hotel has so many food options.
