Upon check in, employee was reserved and not friendly. A couple of times, there was no dark roast coffee. My husband asked front desk employee twice but employee "forgot" to make more. Bartender ran out of blond beer during happy hour one evening. Monday, housekeeping didn't refresh room. Tuesday we were skipped again. I called front desk on Tuesday to inquire and was told housekeeping was busy. I asked what happened Monday and she didn't know. She said she'd talk to supervisor and our room received attention on Tuesday.
When opening the curtains, I noticed that the wooden base below the air conditioner has collected a lot of dust and needs attention.
Suggest removing all carpet as it collects debris and isn't vacuumed frequently.
