I do not tend to write bad reviews on almost anything but after staying for 4 nights, I leave with such bad taste. I had money stolen from the safe that was locked on day 2 and the front desk was of no help. Whoever took money was “smart enough” to not take everything but just a few bills of each pack I had. They recommended to file a police report but did nothing to actually help me. It looks like they are all working as a team to steal from people as little as they can so that guests don’t realize it. Will definitely not be coming back and Ibis should really take into consideration this terrible behavior from management/employees.
