리셉션에서 오래 기다려야 했지만 호텔은 매우 영리했습니다.

The room was cold and dark, the renovation and furniture were old, the lights were not operating properly, with the TV turned on in the middle of the night on its own... I had my eyes open almost the whole night....

Very convenient, nice and clean! FO staff is very friendly too!

酒店的服務是最差的，不建議任何客人預訂這家酒店，2021年前我經常入住這家酒店，服務態度及設施較好，符合星級酒店的標準，這次我預訂了這家酒店，當晚到達是晚上8:45分，由於我們驅車行駛了300多公里，行李較多我走到前台和工作人原説請求他們幫助安排行李員搬運行李，酒店前台説衹有她一個人工作，她們不負責搬運行李，我説我們行李很多，您可以打電話給你同事幫我們一下嗎？前台女高傲的説你看不到衹有我一個人嗎？我説你們諾大的五星級酒店就一個人嗎？我説如果你們沒有其他同事那你就幫我們取消酒店，我再安排其他酒店入住，這時走來一個******男人，應該是經理級別，她們德語溝通中説我要求搬住搬行李，結果更讓人生氣的是發生了，這個男的説我們不是五星級酒店了，我們2019年的時候開始就是3星級酒店了。我説怎麼可能，2021年都曾經頻繁的在這家酒店入住，服務都很好！這個**和女前台説，以前我們酒店是外包給其他公司管理！現在我們是自己集團運營所以沒有搬運行李和任何其他服務，衹是在酒店前台坐等給客人辦理入住！態度極為惡劣讓我無法忍受，我説那我們退款，前台人員説6點之前到達我們就可以免費退款，現在時間我需要給攜程打電話，攜程同意退款他們就同意退款！所以我希望攜程儘快更新這家酒店！它們並非5鑽酒店！是三星級酒店！他的價格也不值一晚2000多，2021年入住期間每晚包含早餐135瑞郎，請不要幫助這種無良酒店推薦客户！ 服務：極差，高傲無理，歧視！ 環境：國內快捷酒店標準

衹能説一般般

🚗 交通：⭐️⭐️（就是離機場近一點而已，離市區真的遠） 🧹衞生：⭐️（總體來講不到一個5星酒店標準，床單和浴袍一個過敏一個有吃飯剩的殘渣） 🍃環境：⭐️（大堂很小而且又不乾淨，前台通常都一個人辦事效率慢而且又不客氣） 🔔服務：💥（這個真的不用説了，就一個字 爛， 萬豪底下的酒店會這樣而且還是5星級，真的太失望了）

Nothing unique about this property. It is a little dated and the rooms are not properly cleaned; our room was very dusty. The rooms are poorly designed and hallway carpeting kind of dirty The brekfast was excellent!!!. Staff is not very helpful in knowledge of local area There is no concierge and the lobby looks much less impressive than in the photos Would not likely stay at this property again as a vacation place. Better for a one nighte business trip.

Small but convenient to airport and main station. Easy to take the local tram to where we needed to go

Bodde i space sviten och mattan i taket hade börjar lossna, lampan ovanför badkaret höll glaset på att lossna, hittade hår i sängen och A/C verkade inte funka för det var så varm på natten så man sov inte särskilt bra då man svettades.

This is a mid level hotel cosplaying as a high end hotel. Strange design decisions, overpriced and not very good breakfast, several issues with room, some that took a couple days to fix, coffee cups in room were dirty with coffee stains on arrival, and bad internet connection for TV which made it very choppy. Air conditioning is not great but that is all of Switzerland. On the plus side the beds are very comfortable and public transport is pretty close.

The hotel is very nice however our room's window faced inside towards an interior event space and privacy was compromised if you did not close the blinds/curtains. We noticed a worker walking along a corridor. These type of rooms do not allow any sunlight to show. The bed and bedding were extremely nice and comfortable. The hotel is very quiet and is set a CHF 25 Uber ride away from the city center.
