Spring Adriatic We spent wonderful days with the family at the hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, fantastic breakfast. Very close to the beach, yet in the center. The best choice in Opatija. We'll be back!

A wonderful stay made all the more so by friendly and attentive staff. Rooms were excellent, nice bathroom and a jacuzzi on the veranda!!! Restaurant was great and food delicious. Will definitely visit again the summer.

Nothing was as advertised - the only part true to shown was the restaurant with an amazing breakfast and an idyllic setting & view. The service is slow, we asked for an invoice in advanced to end up waiting an extra 40 minutes. The parking fee was 30€ per night, to park at a hotel that is across the street and we didn’t even get offered help with our luggage for such an inconvenience. The bathroom in our room was dirty and the room itself is on a 3* level. Welness and SPA are available in the hotel across the street so also very inconvenient. All in all wouldn’t recommend and there are plenty better options we found while walking around.

The beach is very close, but the hotel has own sun terrace with sunshades, next to the wellness. The staff is very nice everywhere (at the breakfast, in the wellness). Nikolina and Ivana are true angels with endless patience. The breakfast is very rich and delicious! The champagne never runs out 🍾🤗

What a wonderful experience. There were 12 of us traveling together. We had an amazing time. The Staff was fabulous - Ivanna, Lena, Luke, Nic and the very talented Chef! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, the rooms were lovely, the food and service was 5 Star! The park was beautiful with live music in the evening. We would come back and stay at this hotel! They make you feel as though you are family! It was hard to leave and say Good bye! Thank you - thank you... for a wonderful Stay! Zivjeli!

Such a beautiful and cosy hotel! Location - perfect! Walking distance from beach, restaurants, bars,... Room - spacious! Breakfast with a lot of variety food View - we had amazing view on a park side.

With a sister hotel that incorporates the use of spa facilities just 100yds or so away and being bigger and busier, this exclusive gem of a hotel offers a lovely setting and a six star service from its staff. Our dealings with the oh so polite and welcoming Nikolina and her co worker Borna from the moment we entered the hotel were beyond any expectations I had. It was like we became instant friends, that's how charming and accommodating they were, especially Nikolina. Not only did they check us in, bring our bags to the room, but was serving at breakfast time the next day too, all the time making sure everything was in order. The hotel itself offers luxurious rooms, a total of 26, soft beds, luxury furniture and fittings and great bathrooms and with its recent renovation gives a wonderful welcome feel, tastefully styled with its decor and dining area. The breakfast buffet has left me lost for words at how god it looked and how much to choose there was, catering for all tastes and superbly displayed by the chef. Overall an 11/10 experience for me and my wife and to add a cliche I cannot recommend this place enough if you are staying in Opatija (car parking is available at the sister hotel)

Difficult to fault this hotel from the warm arrival to the sad departure. A glass of fizz and some local delicious whilst you check in. Great sized rooms and comfortable. The staff were all so helpful about everything from COVID tests to where to buy football shirts. Good location as well.

We stayed in the Annex for this hotel in Opatija as part of our Croatia tour/cruise package. Although the annex appears to be newly modeled, there a number of items that need to be fixed. For example, there are no instructions how to use the phone. W had to ask personally for a wakeup call. The hvac system is difficult if not impossible to use; and the my biggest gripe is that the beds were not only too soft, but when I rolled to one side, the side sank and I started to roll off the bed. I've never had that in any bed that I have slept in. I can say that the staff, when you saw them, was very attentive, but management needs to work on the above items.;
