This is an excellent budget property. The location is great and is very close to city center and main sightseeings. It have many good restaurants close by so no need to worry about food. Rooms are very clean and maintained. I would prefer this property again for my next travel.

Was a pleasant stay at the place well maintained property and friendly staff. Mr.Vivek who I believe is the manager was available for all the queries prior to travel and throughout due to the weather conditions and Mr.Sanjay very friendly too. Overal 5 🌟 rating from me.

리리뷰어Kotagiri being away from more commercial hubs of Ooty and Coonoor, provides its own charm, which is accentuated by this property. Placed in serene surroundings and spacious rooms, it's the perfect getaway you need from city's hustle bustle. Add to that the extremely hospitable and always accommodating staff, you get an amazing experience. The food prepared by the cooks is absolutely fantastic and also not very expensive. Special mention on the ***ager Lakshmi who ensured we get 5 star experience.

VVijayakumar G AFirstly, I was given a room in an extension block that seemed to have been built recently. It was modern but lacked the charm and character of a true heritage property. The main building, with its fireplace and historic ambience, was nowhere to be found. This was especially disappointing considering the premium price I paid, comparable to what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel.
The lack of attention to detail continued throughout my stay. When I checked in on a rainy day, I had to walk to the extension block without an umbrella despite the muddy road. The staff seemed unbothered by this inconvenience. Additionally, the room didn't have slippers, and the floor was cold, with no heating available (although they did provide a basic room heater when requested).
To make matters worse, I had to call the front desk to confirm my room for the second day, which should have been done automatically as part of their standard procedure. This lack of efficiency only added to my frustration.
The toiletries were also woefully inadequate, with only basic soap and shampoo provided. Power cuts were frequent, and I had to notify the front desk each time, which seemed like a hassle the hotel should have anticipated.
The breakfast buffet was uninspiring and lacked flavour. To make matters worse, I had dinner at their restaurant, which was rated top in Ooty, but my experience was average at best. To add insult to injury, they got our order wrong, substituting Nasi Goreng (fried rice) with Mee Goreng (fried noodles). When I brought this to their attention, they made no effort to compensate for the mistake.
In conclusion, Hotel King's Cliff fails to live up to its reputation as a heritage property or even a 2-star hotel. The overpricing and lack of attention to detail make it a poor choice for travellers seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Ooty.

리리뷰어Hotel location is good......Common areas are well maintained however the rooms are not as reflected in photograph on the website....Restaurant is not well ***aged although the staff is good but I feel there is a lot of scope for improvement. ...Buffet breakfast is good....Biryani taste was good....Food in general was good...Had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the hotel staff to transfer my luggage from room during checkout.....There was a lot of difference between the price as mentioned on trip.com and directly with hotel.....Trip.com was less for the same Privilege Suite....

저와 아내는 인도에서 온 친구를 방문하기 위해 디왈리를 위해 처음으로 인도를 방문했습니다. 우리는 이틀 동안 호텔 구내에 머물렀다.높은 판매율과 오픈 빔이 있는 현대적인 방의 모습은 소박한 나무 느낌을 주고 있었습니다. 호텔에서 웰컴 어메니티로 제공하는 전통적인 인도 과자를 즐겼습니다.유일한 단점은 한국어를 이해하고 말할 수 있었던 Mr. Abhay 연수생 중 한 명 덕분에 영어가 부족했기 때문에 언어 의사 소통이었습니다.그는 Omprakash 씨와 Titus 씨, 특히 세심한 성격과 항상 도울 준비가 된 Mr. Abhay 덕분에 우리의 요구 사항을 처리하는 데 많은 노력을 기울였습니다.
