This was our second time staying here but not so pleasant this time Food was average And some of the staffs didn’t pay attention to the room issues like flash not working in morning ; requesting to have breakfast during waiting time ( which looked liked a good gesture coz breakfast time was almost over and why to waste food but later asking to pay ( which should had been informed priorly ) Common washroom area not cleaned

The rooms were cozy and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Mr. Dinesh Kumar and his team at the restaurant. Ms. Ellis, from the spa (spa services were extremely good too) and Mr. Varatharaj Karthik were especially good.

We stayed at Fortune Sullivan resort for our anniversary in Ooty. The entire staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. Special mention and thanks to our super chef Raja. Who served delicious food and made yummy cake for our special day. I would highly recommend to visit this place to enjoy the blissful experience.

The ambience and hospitality was very good. All the staffs were very cooperative. Thanks to chef Karim for baking our anniversary cake. Overall it was a great experience. It was nice stay, we have enjoyed a lot. And it made our 1st anniversary really amazing.

Lunch at the Pavillion was a pleasant experience. The staff was warm, the service was excellent and the food was par excellence. The variety in the menu was vast. The flavors were very authentic. The food served was hot and fresh. Thank you Mr. Dinesh, Mr. Prithvi , and Ms.Gayathri.

We went for new year’s . There was a Gala dinner celebration with exquisite decorations. done by carving whole fruits. It was done by our own Chef Raja. The Chef was very welcoming and catered to all our needs!

Had a very good week long stay at fortun sullivan at Ooty. Its a wonderful property with a welcoming staff , well maintained garden n outdoors. The breakfast spread has variety and the staff takes care of all the little things guest need to make the stay comfortable. There is also a bonfire on the house and evening live piano makes the entrance lobby all the more relaxed.

We were really pleased with our stay at your hotel. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. The staffs make us feel like part of their family especially Shweta and shreenithi from reception and Vijish the manager. Impressed by the personal assistance and also satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good place to stay with family. Good food and Good hospitality. Specially Dineshji very polite and knowledgeable. Special thanks to chef Raja and Siddharth for delicious rasam and egg dishes.Room service is too fast. Horse riding arrange at your own time. Best option in ooty to Stay value for money.
