During my recent stay at the hotel, I encountered an unfortunate incident that left me deeply disappointed. After checking in feeling exhausted due to long hours of driving, I ***aged to rest for about an hour before being disturbed by repeated buzzing and phone calls from the reception. The reason provided was that my vehicle needed to be moved, which was parked slightly out of the line (may be 10cm) in fact that’s due to the misalignment of previously parked adjacent cars. When I questioned the necessity for such disruption as there are ***y vacant parking slots & highlighted its not flagged by the day time receptionist or the person who guided while doing the initial parking, this person became increasingly rude. Surprisingly he started questioning “why you did not hanged the ‘do no disturb tag’ at the door” so that people don’t disturb. Further to this scene became extremely hot and even louder as I conveyed him he can’t treat ‘not hanging the tag’ as a license to disturb guests. The receptionist now came out of his seat and his demeanor turned confrontational, he resorted to physical aggression, pushing me and ***handling. His behavior was shocking and completely unacceptable!! As the matter turned into a serious issue, I have de***ded to talk to his ***ager to resolve, he called someone and while I tried to convey my message he again start interrupting and said its his phone I can’t talk or take number for calling him from my phone etc. Guess the person on the other side over hearing the talks understood that the matter is serious, looks like he knew this person and his behavior already. He connected to me over my cell phone and started trying to coverup this evening shift receptionist from 1st minute, he said he himself tied up to ***y things there is nobody else to take care for the night shift, he apologized and want me to continue the stay and leave the case for him to handle. Since my family was disturbed and I really felt a security issue continuing there; in fact seriously doubted this reception person is drunk or high on substance and there could be possibilities that he may again create troubles further at night, or could even damage property using his local connections; communicated the same thoughts to the other person on phone. He then offered me 2 solutions 1- to vacate room he will arrange for some refund 2- Take it up with police; which for sure understandable that dealing with the police would be time-consuming and potentially disruptive to my vacation plans. I do took the chances to call police in between unfortunately the line was busy. However, physical aggression and rude behavior from hotel staff are serious matters that shouldn't be ignored. I have vacated the room in next 15 minutes at 8PM, though it was a risk vacating with 2 kids at that time, who knows, may end up roaming for hotel room for that night stay. Overall stay was hardly 2 Hours. I don’t believe the person talked to me related to the ***ageme
