방은 청소되지 않았고, 욕실은 냄새가 났습니다. 내가 좋아하는 유일한 와트는 뜨거운 물 가용성이었습니다. 방에는 AC 나 팬이 없었습니다. 보완적인 아침 식사는 한심했습니다. 좁은 도로가 있어 위치 찾기가 어려웠습니다. 경마장이 매우 가까워 일부 객실에서 볼 수 있습니다. 주차공간 부족, 친절도 부족. 운전자를 위한 시설이 없었습니다. 이 호텔을 추천하지 않습니다..

ooty에 머물기에 좋은 호텔. 서비스는 훌륭했습니다. 객실은 24시간 온수 시설로 매우 깔끔하고 깨끗합니다. 제공되는 음식도 좋았습니다. 위치도 좋습니다. 도시의 중심에. ***ager Girish와 그의 팀에게 감사드립니다.

Rooms were good and clean the view was beautiful from the room and service was good we enjoyed our holidays nice in this our stay to ***go hill resort was comfortable and pleasant they provide a very good taste in food they too provide travel to travel around Ooty Shooba and rohith and devine guided good

Thank you for the hospitality...Staffs were pleasant, Mr. Shiva the security guard helped us with the must visit places in ooty, which saved our time from googling. Restaurant was a decent one and the food served was decent too... not much oil used for deep fry starters too and still it was tasty. Please keep it up team.

Good service and polite staff. Rooms and washrooms were clean and breakfast provided was delicious. It is well connected with bus stand and other amenities. Sobha,Rohit and Devin were really helpful staff

Pros- Rooms are cleaned Staff is very polite and helpful In main ooty city Nice view from room This is a simple hotel and not a resort. Please keep your expectations that way and you will like it. They provided a table fan which was helpful in noon.

It was nice stay, food and ambiance was good. Staff Rohit and Shobha were supportive and cooperative. It is well located in the close proximity of main city, view from my room was nice. Our stay at ***go Hill has always been very comfortable and pleasant. The staff is highly professional and well spoken. Heartfelt gratitude to Shobha ma'am for guiding us and giving us the best possible deal. We visited with one of our friends and their families, they too were very satisfied with the stay. The hotel is very primarily located near the city centre. The rooms are very clean with near linen. The room service is worth mentioning. They all do an incredible job. Thank u ***go Hill. Highly recommended.
