We arrived to a hotel expecting at least the very basic customer services, but was wrong. No greeting, no smile and a deserted hotel with no other guests in sight. The reception desk staff took so long to check us in and gave very little information. Got to our room evetually which was very dated and cold and the bathroom was awful ( with mould and in urgent require of updating ), no toilet paper , had to ask from staff. This is not what was portrayed on the website. I complained as for the price charged this was unacceptable. I requested a refund as was not prepared to stay at a low graded hotel with my young children for the price paid. I was reassured by the receptionist and ***ager by phone I would not get charged and yet they charged me through my travel agent. And now they do not reply to any of my emails. This hotel looks appealing by name and the celebrity attached to it,but really it is a run down hotel in need of a full refurbishment. A very disappointing hotel and poor experience of hotel staff members who seem to have very little motivation in there job. Please do your research thoroughly before booking this hotel.
