스토니 크릭 호텔 & 컨퍼런스 센터 라 크로세(Stoney Creek Hotel la Crosse - Onalaska)

My sister and I go on our "WE REALLY WISH WE WERE IN FLORIDA" trip to Onalaska every year and we stay at Stoney Creek. We love the easy access to restaurants, shopping, gas stations and the interstate. The hotel is always clean and the staff is always so friendly. After a whole day of shopping the large Hot Tub is amazing. We love it! Good job Stoney Creek - you're amazing!!

Stoney creek is in a convenient area. Nice hotel, friendly staff. The only complaint would be the noise level in the hotel. You can hear everything through the walls. Would definitely stay again!

Kathy, who fills the breakfast food was not there She always greeted me with a big smile and a how are you doing. Made you feel better. I paid extra for the suite 311. They didn't tell me the elevator was about 8 feet from my bed and all night it sounded like a huge sump pump emptying out. It kept me awake all night. They did offer to move me another room but I didn't want to have to pack all up just for one night I could see the outdoor pool and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. It had a bunch of leaves in the pool. The icing on the top of the cake however were the sex cards that were right beside the bed. Obviously they didn't do a good job of vacuuming. It's not like they were under the bed, they were right beside. I have been staying at this hotel for 3 years but it seems like management changed and does not have the same quality it once did.

The property is a rustic setting which is nice. The staff are wonderful and super friendly. Our room, however wasn’t great. The bed was terrible (I ended up sleeping in the floor or not sleeping at all). There was mold in the bathroom and the floor tiles were lifting in the bathroom. We had the shower water in the hottest setting and got a warm shower. The staff did offer a different room and we opted to not move because all the beds are the same. It wasn’t a place I’d spend $325 again.

Room was dusty, could hear every step someone took in room above mine. Room had no soap. Continental breakfast was not good at all.

The air is extremely dry so much so that almost a week later my nose is still dry and it wasnt just me, my wife had the same issue. The shower was insanely weak and the temperature barely got above lukewarm. Front desk gal seemed annoyed that i was checking, no smile, no greeting, just "checking in?" Bed was comfortable and big but thats about it, kind of disappointed in our stay.

I like that they have a pool, however the pool was super cold and heavy chlorinated. We waited nearly 20 minutes to be checked in, because hotel was so under staffed. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, at night the pool crowd was very loud until the pool area closed. So, a quiet night should not be expected with a room direct across from the outdoor pool area. But overall it was good.

It was a quiet area and if you like nature or bingo then its perfect. Not much to do. Poop in the pool Milk was spoiled. Burned out bathroom lights. Which dampend our valentine and engagement get away. Night staff was great.

A 10 hoiur over night stay and it was everything I wanted. Nice atmosphere, clean, comfortable bed and a good hot breakfast. I have stayed her before and will stay here again.
