Friendly staff,but really worn-out hotel. Cleaning staff seems do not understand what clean means. I was unlucky to have a room with some broken electrical supply, dirty tub and some other things that disappointed me. I don't know how this hotel got "excellent" rate. The breakfast was a cattle feeding. They said there would be hot breakfast, but the hot you got only gravy and coffee. Old dirty tables and assorted chairs. No rampant for wheelchairs. See pictures

I had a nice time. Nice breakfast. Nice room. Its quiet there. The best value in Omaha. Onlybbad thing is stained towels. But 9.5 out of 10

I *****ped the sheets off after my stay and noticed blood and urine stains on the mattress pad. There was also food over the pad and under the sheet. The outlets in the bathroom were falling out and a few of the bulbs were either burnt out or missing. As far as breakfast - if you like carbs your are fine. No eggs of any kind, bacon or yogurt. So, would I stay there again - no. The desk clerk was kind but there are other options.

Hotel is completely uninhabitable. Had to move rooms because the there were several large holes in the walls, dirt, food and stains everywhere, and the entire floor smelled terribly of smoke. The entire hotel is supposed to be non smoking. I reported the conditions to the front desk and they moved me to another room that didn’t smell, but the conditions were barley better. Human hair and a used dirty towel on the bathroom floor, no proper locks on the door, stains on the sheets. Fingerprints and stains EVERYWHERE.

Thhe place was dirty, sheets stained, towels stained, had to ask for washcloths and hand towels which were threadbare andd stained. Other peoples hair on the floor in bathroom. Holes in the walls stuffed with tissue.

You can tell mold is present and just painted over. So many holes in the wall. One of them had toilet paper in the hole and a mirror placed over it. The deadbolt lock was broken off completely. The room above us was leaking into the bathroom. Oh yeah, it looks like someone tried to break into the bathroom. I can’t believe they are a 2.5 star hotel. I wouldn’t give them a half star.

Few of major set backs. Room doesn't have any place to hang clothes. No Gym. Chair in the room is broken to sit. No internal phone to contact front desk.

A little dated and a bit skimpy on the amenities. But, for the money it’s hard to beat. I’d stay there again.

First they put me in a room that the heater vibrated so bad I knew it would be very hard to sleep. So they moved me across the hall to what I did not know at the time was a handicap room. The tub hardware was so low it could not be used, and the floor of the tub was dirty. I will never stay there again. TV was terrible, I could not get the Chanel’s I wanted. It was old and worn.
