名字叫奧林匹亞 其實是在隔壁的萊西 差兩個I5的出口 品牌酒店有保證 早餐是這一路最好的 尤其是蔓越莓小糕點 不遠處就是target 購物休整都很方便

Clean and comfortable! We used the exercise equipment and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, good selection of food.

This hotel was a great value for the money. The rooms were large, and the beds were comfortable. It was also very quiet. One thing though, I could not find a USB outlet for my cell phone charger, but I plugged my computer in and charged my phone by plugging into it.

our king size bed was too low resulting in difficulty standing up. It was so low that the mattress skirt was stacked on the floor. Otherwise the room and facilities were great.

I am writing today to tell you about my recent stay at the Ramada Olympia. The hotel check-in was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Firstly, I called the front desk on Thursday 2/1 in the afternoon and asked for an early check-in on Friday 2/2. I told her that I would be arriving around 1:30 or 2:00 and asked if we could check-in at that time. She said that that would not be a problem at all since it was only an hour early. We arrived at the hotel at 2:00 and asked to check in and the girl at the desk said it would be $25 per room for early check in. I told her that I called the day before and was told it would not be a problem. She apologized for the wrong information and said it would be $25 per room since she only had 2 rooms that were ready for check-in. She was not friendly or helpful. We left and came back at 7pm to check-in. The front desk was empty and the girl working came in from the front doors and said "hold on, I'll be right there". She was the most unprofessional front desk agent I have ever experienced. As she walked around to the front desk she starting complaining about what a terrible night she has had. She asked for my ID and started to check us in and the phone rang. She YELLED "OH MY GOD!!! WHAT DO YOU WANT?!?!", then answered the phone very rudely and answered their questions with an abrupt yes and no answers. Then she started back to our check-in complaining about the call she just had to deal with. the phone rang again a

Clean hotel. Good price and location. Several restaurants within walking distance and close to freeway exits. Reception was very conscientious about trying to get us checked in. Told desk about a funny smell (musty, like someone had left wet clothes on the floor for a couple days) in the room and that our hairdryer had stopped working. Didn't seem to concerned. Have stayed here before and probably will again. Really like that the hotel is open 24 hrs. Hot tub was down this time, but things happen. Ladies in the kitchen did a great job of keeping breakfast supplied.

If you're an adult that is considering staying here, and the 24/7 pool and hot tub access is part of the attraction, take note: completely disregard these 2 factors. They are both dirty. The hot tub, for example, had some visible green fuzz around the bottom. Moreover, it wasn't even hot. In fact, it was cold (broken heating system), and the jets were also not functioning (and have not worked for ages) -- not that it mattered, given the tub's frigid temperature. Suffice to say that these sad facilities are barely fit for grubby children. Adults looking to enjoy a pleasant swim and a soak as part of a stay should definitely look elsewhere.
