Hisar Holiday Club

We have visited this hotel a number of times and each time it just gets better. There is alot of returning guests to this hotel, which speaks volumes for itself. The hotel is in a perfect location, it has everything you need, the food is gorgeous, the staff are very very accommodating. We came here as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. We are returning again this year, which will be 3 years in a row, next time we come, will be for 3 weeks. Please don’t listen to the poor reviews, yes the hotel is small, it isn’t a massive complex, it’s a lovely hotel and it’s a steal for the price. We can’t wait to come back to see you all.

The room we were given was nothing like what they showed you in the photos online. We were on the level below the pool next to Chickens, and there was one table to share with the room next door with only 2 chairs. The room was directly above the shops on the main street, and you just looked out onto the roof. We asked to be moved, but the man at reception said the hotel was full but then showed me a room round the back that had not even been cleaned! as an alternative! this was at 1am in the morning. We reluctantly stayed in the room because he said the manager would speak to us in the morning. We spoke to the manager who told us he would not be able to move us as the hotel was full but would try his best to help. After breakfast, we so a few people check out, but the manager never came to see us! The same happened on our second day seeing people leave, but no offer of a room change! We found another hotel and moved on at a cost to us. The hotel manager nor the holiday company wanted to help us they just made excuses. Book this hotel at your own risk! Will never return here ever again and we travel to Turkey 2 to 3 times a year but never had a bad experience like this ever before.

Had 2 lovely weeks again at the Hisar. Rooms spotless, staff were lovely, plenty of sunbeds, and plenty of choice at breakfast and reasonable prices in resturant. The only downside was that everything has gone up alot, so no longer a cheap holiday, but have booked again for next year.

just back from another great stay here at the Hisar Holiday Club - already looking forward to our return in October next year. We upgraded to get one of the rooms next to the pool, great idea as meant we could go straight from room to the pool. Service in hotel from all the staff was fantastic, and that includes the staff in Eski Bar and Fridays. We always get such a lovely welcome. Thanks to Huseyin for arranging the upgrade. Always welcomed and always have a fab time. Cleaners do a great job, room cleaned daily with fresh towels. No complaints at all. Thank you again. K and J.

We have been coming to hisar now for many years and we honestly wouldnt go anywhere else now, we have tried other hotels and its just not for me! If you want 5* go to a 5*. Nothings to much trouble for the staff.. the pool is spotless, location is perfect, already booked for next year.

Just got back from a weeks stay. First of all the rooms are dropping to bits. The first room they gave us you couldn’t swing a cat and it felt claustrophobic. Next day we asked for another room which we were given on the bottom floor in the little bungalows which had a little kitchen and was bigger this wasn’t a problem. The manager is a nice guy and nothing was a problem for him. There is zero atmosphere round the pool we asked for a bit music on but they didn’t put it on. I was bored to death round the pool. The bar men were very slow and one of them was quite ignorant. We had one meal in there then went out the rest of the time because of this. The best thing about this hotel is the location, it’s smack bang in the middle of the *****. Wouldn’t go back here there’s much better hotels in the area

Arrived to television hanging from the wall and the electric plug hanging out by wires. Tap in bathroom not fixed it spun round when turned on . Floor in dining room never cleaned in the whole 9 days stay. staff constantly on mobile phones. On the plus side location was great and the pool area pleasant.

Just returned from 2 weeks at the Hisar,this must be our tenth stay at this hotel,and as usual we had a great time. We had a family room which was spacious,a bed in the living room and a separate bedroom.The rooms are cleaned everyday and are spotless. There are alot of new staff since our last visit in September but we're very keen to help with your needs. We ate quite a few times at the hotel and we weren't disappointed,the food was excellent. We had a small issue with the shower,we reported it to Huseyin and it was sorted within 20 minutes.I can't fault this hotel and already looking for next year..thank you everyone at the Hisar for another great time and we'll see you soon. Currently staying at this hotel. Enjoyed last year, so booked again this year. Good hotel, in a central location. Rooms are nice, and cleaned daily. Hotel restaurant serves decent food, at a reasonable price. Aircon needed at this time of year, and chargeable at 7.50 per day (free in some hotels nearby). Most staff are friendly, especially Enes (hope I've spelt that right)? Only gripe is the fight for sunbeds at silly o'clock. A sign in the reception says not to be reserved before 8am, but most had towels on by that time, and noticed lots weren't used, even though covered by a towel throughout the day. Would possibly return.
