애틀랜틱 오션 스위트(Atlantic Ocean Suites)

I planned a month-long sabbatical in the Old Orchard Beach area for October 2023. Atlantic Ocean Suites in OOB was exactly what I hoped for. Shifra helped me book, and Tonya answered any questions I had. I was concerned about the electronic lock app (due to the app reviews) but Tonya explained the instructions thoroughly and I had no issues at all. My apar**ent was perfectly furnished, within steps of the ocean. It was beautiful, clean, and the kitchen well stocked. A lovely extra: the beach chairs for guest use! And the outdoor hose (near the laundry area) for rinsing off was handy every day as I spent most mornings – sunrise! – on the beach, where it was incredibly beautiful, quiet, and the light was almost magical. I grew up near the beach in Ventura, CA, and the sunrise in no way compares to what I experienced here. The location was perfect as I explored both north and south along the coast, and into Portland. So, so many things to do and see. I especially loved the hiking, the many beaches, the food, and museums. The main drawback? Having to leave. I'd definitely return. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a very nice place at a reasonable price.

The unit was surprisingly clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect, just steps to the beach. We would consider staying there again if we absolutely have to. The biggest disappoin**ent was the property owner/land lady. (the younger lady was very kind) The older woman was not friendly at all, She was actually quite rude, shocking since she's in the hospitality business. We also brought our two small service dogs. (They are trained and well behaved and by law have to be accepted.) She made a point to express how frustrated and bothered she was that we brought them along. Also there must be some kind of ongoing friction between her and the next door neighbor because they went out of their way to let us know not to walk on their parking lot, which was empty the entire time we were there. Really weird.

This is a very nice place to stay in Old Orchard! It has been family owned since the 1940's. Shifra is a wonderful and very caring owner of the hotel. All of the rooms are apar**ent suites that have been redone in 2014. We needed the handicap suite which is on the first floor and you can see the ocean from the suite. It is clean and very spacious. Shifra was always making sure we had everything we needed. She is very accommodating to our needs. My husband is in a wheelchair and the room was perfect. I love the fact that there is a handicap accessible beach wheelchair that we were able to use on the beach. You are steps away from the beach and the handicap beach chair gave my husband access to the beach for the first time since his stroke. It is walking distance to the pier and many restaurants in the area. The place is clean and has an indoor pool with a lift into the pool. Shifra was always making sure we were had everything we needed. We loved it at this place! It is great to know that we are supporting the family that has had this place for 60 years and still going! The condo was clean and comfortable. It was safe and secure. You needed a key card to get into the building and for your room. It was close to everything so you didn't need to pay for parking. There were outdoor grills for your use. The owner was so friendly and accomodating. She really cared that you had a good stay. I would highly recommend!

Property is nice. Right downtown in main busy area which is convenient for walking to shops and dining within a few minutes. Walk right onto the beach from the property.

We had a wonderful time. Location was great! Air conditioning was new. Place was clean and space for my family of 5 was perfect. It was very quiet. Only negative was the beds were very uncomfortable. Master mattress should be replaced.

There was no breakfast area at the motel. No coffee in the rooms also.

This was a beautiful condo! It’s very clean and close to the beach. The parking is very tight though! That was the only negative! There is a heated pool downstairs but we preferred hanging out by the ocean. The location is convenient to restaurants and shops! Overall, great stay!

Nice place, the suites are set up like apar**ents. I brought toys and chairs for the beach but I didn’t need to. They already had a bunch of stuff for us to use. The only thing that disappointed my husband was we weren’t right on the beach. It has ocean view which is still ok.
