라 프로마나드(La Promenade)

Highly recommended, this clean and inviting place in a great area of Olbia. We stayed only for 1 night on our journy and were enjoying the Pizzaria with very friendly staff in the same house and the promenade right in front of the place. in the evening there were some places with music close, seems to be a lively area of the city, but the accomodation was very quiet. Friendly owner.

I don't understand why this place has positive reviews. It shows up as it would be a hotel, but there is no concierge or anyone to greet you-and no one spooke any English. There was no opportunity to get security because there was no information about anything. There was no way to lock the door to the room, and as a single woman traveling alone, I felt incredibly unsafe. I pushed the chair against the door with all of my suitcase. That is Seth. At least I would hear if somebody was coming in. Who knows who else has the code to my room??? I could not sleep amd had to be leave prematurely. I folded all the unused towels that the non-English speaking person happened to be present for another gues. to me provided so that the unit would be clean and they would not have to use resources to clean items I did not use. It was a horrible experience one of the worst I've ever had. On top of that they sent me a text message that was incredibly rude. I do not recommend this place for anyone unless you're planning to sell at a hostel

This was a nice stay on the Olbia waterfront. The property could use some fine tuning, in respect to level of hospitality.

The location was good with a huge terasse

È un posto nuovissimo e molto bello. Vicino c'è tutto e ti trovi proprio sulla.passeggiata ma nelle camere non c'è rumore. Abbiamo avuto un problema che la sig.ra Maria Paola ha egregiamente risolto con gentilezza empatia e tempestività. Un posto bello e straconsigliato

Bon emplacement proche du lagon et pas loin du centre. Bel appartement, décor simple, grand et propre, pas de nuisance sonore. Salle de bain grande et fonctionnelle. Bonne literie

Ci siamo seduti 6 amici per mangiare una pizza alla promenade. Dopo averci fatto accomodare, ci hanno fatto aspettare letteralmente 45 minuti di orologio prima di prenderci l’ordinazione. Ovviamente abbiamo dovuto chiedere al cameriere di prendercela. Abbiamo aspettato circa altri 50 minuti prima dell’arrivo della pizza. La pizza era minuscola, come vedete in foto sotto. Ci è sembrata veramente una presa in giro. Anche perché le pizze negli altri tavoli sembravano normali. Siamo andati via affamati, dopo aver mangiato una pizza minuscola, tra l’altro mediocre. Ci saranno stati in tutto 10 tavoli pieni e la metà di loro aveva già mangiato, quindi non capiamo neanche come tutto ciò sia stato possibile. Non torneremo mai più.

Ottimo bnb sul lungomare di Olbia. Camere pulitissime e spaziose con cambio giornaliero di lenzuola e asciugamani. Personale cortese e disponibile in particolare la signora che gestisce le prenotazioni. Bellissima esperienza, ci ritorneremo !
