Hotel was conveniently located to our venue. For the most part the hotel was clean. They ran out of wash cloths during our stay which was odd. About halfway through our stay I requested housekeeping. They didn’t sweep the floor or refill the toilet paper. I had to go to the front desk and get refill. Overall it wasn’t terrible but they could do better.

Visiting town for funeral service. Conveniently located close expressways, food establishments and to family. Maintenance of common areas not maintained clean at all times however the rooms were well kept. Elevator floor was dirty most of our stay and lobby floor had clay footprints. Breakfast was sufficient but not excellent. Overall, it was a good stay and met our travel purposes.

We chose this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and water was cold and seems they had AC on. It's winter and we would have liked for the room to be warm or hot if water was going to be cold. Kids didnt last more than 15 min in water and asked to go back to room instead

Great location with easy access to turnpike. Dining options in walking distance. The price is the best , much ch aper than area hotels without a compromise in in quality The free breakfast was decent as well. I will stay here again for similar trips in the future.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel for 3 nights. We came back because we enjoyed our last stay. It is in a good location near restaurants, shopping and easy access to freeway and downtown OKC. The staff were all friendly. We were given bottled water at check in. The room was spacious and comfortable. The beds and room temperature were comfortable. The bathroom was roomy and looked newly remodeled with a walk in shower. The lobby is clean and nicely decorated and hallways looked and smelled clean. The complimentary breakfast and coffee was very nice and convenient. Our room was tidied each day (given fresh towels, trash emptied, etc). Our room was on the 1st floor near the indoor pool and fitness room which we used and enjoyed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Rooms are clean, breakfast is decent, bed is comfortable. Bit loud and key card gets turned off before check out. Inexpensive and easy check in/out.

Property was okay however, I had a 3 night stay ended up turning to a one night stay due to a family emergency I was charged for all 3 nights. I’m still waiting on a refund and a response from the manager.

The TV in the room didn't work. The desk clerk came to look at it and said that it was probably a bad HDMi cable, but they didn't have any spare cables, so we didn't have television. At breakfast the waffle iron wasn't hot enough so we couldn't have a waffle, and they also didn't have the biscuits and gravy that was advertised as part of the breakfast. The room was otherwise fine and the staff members were pleasant,!there were just a few small issues.
