마이크로텔 인 & 스위트 바이 윈덤 휠링 앳 하일랜즈(Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Wheeling at the Highlands)

The room was very clean. The breakfast was sufficient. Elevator was a little slow. Convenient and close to everything. Overall, it was exactly what we needed for a one night stay.

Great stay for the price of the room. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable to me but I have a lot of issues when it comes to sleeping.

I had bugs in my room and I checked out way earlier than expected (8am) and waited for my team in the lobby until 11am! The female at the desk tried to tell me she was gonna send housekeeping to my room. What the hell was housekeeping gonna do. They need an exterminator. She brushed me off as if she didn't care. Then proceeds to tell me she had to speak to her supervisor and NEVER got back to me! I sat there for hours and nothing. We stay at microtel hotels all the time with my travel team and this is the worse experience ever. I lost sleep and had to deal with 40 football players for the whole day. There was no compensation offered and I feel disrespected & disgusted! You lost a customer especially when we book over 25 rooms every year here! What a disgrace.... I still haven't heard anything back from corporate and i followed up but still nothing!

Check-in staff was amazing & prompt. There were some issues with the cleanliness off the bathroom that was addressed with staff upon check out. Only issue we had was the fire alarm going off at 630am.

At check-in, young man was very polite, friendly, and helpful. Hotel is clean, well-maintained, and quiet.

I got there pretty late and was very tired as having had a very long day. The young man behind the reception desk was on his cell and when he saw me ended his conversation and I was expecting an attitude of "annoyance" instead he was very friendly and courteous. Gave a big smile and directed me to me room in a very polite manner. The room was very clean and the bed so inviting, lol. I crashed needless to say and slept very comfortably. I do wish the shower had more pressure but could be b/c I was very tired that wanted more but was great temp ( nice and HOT). I would definitely recommend this location again.

Bed skirts and mattress covers need replacing. The tv remote did not work. Stains on the carpet. Had people running up and down the hall and banging on our wall. We needed to be up early and had an exhausting travel day. Attempted to speak to the staff in the morning but was brushed off. Spoke with ******* to at least get some sort of refund. Staff proceeded to lie to the agent and say I didn’t try and speak to anyone. Only gave a $15 refund for the issues. Not worth the hassle for the price.

Wonderful location and great price. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Free breakfast is not bad, 24/7 hot water is a plus!

This hotel is a basic and very clean hotel. The room i stayed in was small, but contained all the necessities: night syands, desk, small refrigerator, cable TV, etc. Room and bathroom were very clean. My interaction with staff included front desk and breakfast host: all very friendly, professional, and helpful. Hotel is adjacent to a Texas Road House and near a 24-hour gas station with convenience store. Other shopping available near by.
