Absolutely a fantastic hotel! Opposite to chain hotels and unique. The room was very big and spottless clean. Bathroom products were included and they were good quality. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet, we slept well. There was also a fridge. You can open a big window and let the fresh and cool air to come to the room while you can listen to the beautiful sounds of the nature (birds singing etc). The breakfast was awesome and it was delivered to your room on the time you had chosen. The service was perfect as well, f. ex. the room was introduced by staff. The hotel is owned by a family and they have worked hard, I really appreciate their work. There is still a renovation going on, but that was not any issue for us. The location is peaceful, but about 10 mintues drive from Flensburg town. The parking place is free of charge. I can highly recommend this hotel!

Small, family-owned B&B 15 min drive from Flensburg, 25 min from DK. Got a large, quite functional room with view to garden and a small wood leading to the lake. Comfy beds and a fridge. The room – like the rest of the hotel – partly filled with small kitschy things. A matter of taste but left a cluttered impression. Breakfast basic but sufficient. Free tea/coffee in the reception area. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Walking path 5 min to the lake. Also a trail around the lake but quite muddy in winter and flooded by the time of our visit. A walk in the nature area of Fröruper Berge is recommended, 15 min drive southwards.

On a road trip and this was a perfect place to stop overnight! Flexible arrival time, easy to communicate Breakfast comes to the room with choices you made evening before - it was beautifully arranged, awesome and plenty… even gave us little to make sandwiches for our ongoing trip We were a family of 5 and had 2 rooms - they were spacious and very clean

A nice hotel we keep coming back to on our travels between Norway and Germany. Always friendly service. Clean and well equipped rooms. Self service bar- fridge availabl at receiption 24h. A great breakfast served in your room. Very animal friendly. Easy access to autobahn

We had such a lovely and relaxing time here. Our room had a double bed, a single bed and a terrace. The weather was warm so it was great to sit out on the terrace for breakfast and for an evening meal. The shower was the best we have had since starting our travels three weeks ago. The owners of the hotel were friendly and very helpful. The restaurant is not open yet as it is being renovated but pizzas, flammkuchen and pasta were available in your room or on the terrace near reception, and it was good. They also had a small selection of wine, as well as other beverages.

We liked the room very much: lots of space and perfect beds! Breakfast was generous and the service was friendly and helpful. Part of the hotel is still under construction but this didn't affect the comfort for us as clients in any way.

Cozy small hotell just a few minutes away by car from Flensburg city. Fantastic breakfast served in our room. Nice clean room with good beds. A few minuttes walk away you’ll find a lake. We went for a swim there. Loved the hotell and will stay here again next time we are in the area.
