클럽 윈덤 오션사이드 피어(Club Wyndham Oceanside Pier Resort)

I loved the view from the pool/hot tub, the sauna and the gym. The staff was super helpful about anything we needed. It is a timeshare, and I heard that the sales people were very pushy from other guests, but we didn’t have that experience with ours, Ray. They all definitely reallllly want you to buy a timeshare. Other than that and the $40 for parking (just go across the street for $5 parking), I really enjoyed our stay. And Grant and Eli were very nice and helpful as well.

Everything was good…. You just get a sales rep trying to get you to do a timeshare presentation … shower water pressure was weak

Staff was overly friendly (like almost offensively too nice, because it was clearly not sincere, when we arrived and when we said no to the sales pitch, we were ignored. We went from being treated like royalty to plebs. Very bad experience!!! Please get this corrected and you’ll have much better success in marketing your product.

The property is clean and comfortable. I didn't appreciate the heavy marketing for their timeshare opportunities. When I booked, I wasn't aware this was a timeshare setup. There is quite a bit of ambient noise, which is why I suppose they have earplugs next to the bed. Also, water repairs and shut-off were scheduled during peak shower time, 10pm-midnight, which was very inconvenient. Though it wasn't terrible, I don't think I'd stay here again.

I absolutely did not like being pestered and pressured multiple times to attend a 'Welcome to Wyndom' meeting for an hour and a half to get 'my free gifts'!!! How many times did I have to say 'no thank you'??? Way too many!!! I would be reluctant to stay here again because after saying no 3 or 4 times at check in, two different phone calls pestering and then pressuring me to attend the meeting!! I said no so many times!? Annoying and frustrating!

Our room was spacious and comfortable. There was underground parking. Lots of nearby restaurants and coffee shops & close to our event. The only drawback was an attempt to have us join a 90 minute seminar for what appeared to be a time share, which we declined.

Fantastic location right across from the Pier and right downtown. Hotel was very good, pool was very shallow but great views of the beachfront, ocean & Pier. Rooms were large and comfortable but the bathroom was dated and the caulking and paint around the tub and baseboards needs repair and refresh. Overall a great place to stay and visit, just ignore the timeshare pitch 😉

The bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was very clean and the rest of the room was, as well. The staff was friendly and accommodating! We’re loved the location with its walk ability.

This is a timeshare and they hound you your entire stay. They do not know what no means. Great location. Just would have been a perfect stay if it weren’t a Wyndham and their pesty sales children weren’t calling and bothering guests all weekend. They called my room five times!
