This condo is located on 47th street and is offers a quick 1 minute walk to Seacrets! This bay side waterfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath newly renovated Wight Bay condo has a great mid-town location. The covered balcony allows you to enjoy timeless canal, bay side views and memorable sunsets. This condo building offers 1 parking spot, community boat slips, an outdoor pool, elevator and an on-site coined laundry facility. Walk to one of many restaurants, shopping and the beach to enjoy all that Ocean City has to offer.
Located one block from the beach and near the ocean Pines Beach club, which offers beachfront dining and bar.
Linens and towels are included with your cleaning fee.

Master Bedroom: Queen Bed
2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed
Living Room: Double Sleep Sofa
Please note that due to certain unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, building maintenance can be unexpected and happen at any time. We appreciate your understanding should a maintenance call be necessary during your stay.
We make every effort to ensure that all information and photographs in our home advertising are accurate and complete. Rate information for properties is subject to change and the quote provided online is only valid at the time of booking. We cannot be held liable for possible typographical errors; omissions; price changes; changes in taxes; changes to Terms and Conditions; or changes made in furnishings, equipment, or bed arrangements. We reserve all rights to correct any errors.
Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own!
We only rent to families and Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. NO Senior Week kids.
Damage wavier fee:
the property manager provides a nonrefundable Damage Waiver Fee that will be assessed to protect you from accidental damage during your stay. Pre-existing damages must be reported to the property manager upon taking occupancy of property or property will be assumed as in good condition. This waiver will cover the interior of the rental property only from the time of check-in to the time of check-out. This does not cover intentional acts, theft, damages caused by pets, loss or forgotten personal belongings, or damage caused by any motorized vehicle. The maximum amount of coverage is $1,000. the property manager has the final say to determine if the damage is covered by the Damage Waiver Fee. Guest damages not reported or damages that exceed $1,000 will be charged to the guest credit card.
- NO PETS ALLOWED. We do not allow any pets for any reason.We love our furry friends but we can't have them in this home. Please book someplace else is this will be an issue for you. the property manager charges a $500 fine if pets are in the unit.
- NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind. This home is smoke free including balconies. No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please book someplace else if you smoke or vape. This is a non-smoking unit. the property manager charges a $500 fine for smoking/vaping in the unit or on the balcony.
- Towels, clothing and other items are not permitted to be hung from balconies or walkways in front or back of building. The HOA is everywhere and we want be good neighbors and avoid complaints and fines.
- All vehicles, including motorcycles, must park and show parking permit.
- Please throw away your trash before leaving.
- Please empty cleaned dishes from dishwasher before leaving.
- Residents must abide by Ocean City’s noise control ordinance. Other owners are aggressive in reporting noise violations to the Ocean City Police.
