호텔 르 파빌리온 7(Hotel le Pavillon 7)

Good and neat accommodation only check-in is difficult. Apparently you have to check in at the nearby Le Colombier hotel but that isn’t advertised anywhere

Standard 4* hotel - clean, super friendly staff and reasonably quiet despite being in the middle of the town. Biggest drawback is lack of on-site parking which other reviewers have also referred to. We were actually moved to the Colombier - the sister hotel accros the road and the team and staff did their best to make the small room as comfortable as possible for the three of us. A pleasant stay , which would have been even more amazing if there was an on-site restaurant. Nice fitness area and sauna.

The check in was at the Columbier hotel which we learned after ringing the bell in front of the gate. I was disappointed that we did not have on site parking as it had all been booked in advance. We were unaware of the need to do so. But we used the free Remparts parking until we left for dinner. When we returned we parked in the lot next to the Columbier. The receptionist offered to carry the bag up to the 2nd floor but we did it ourselves. The queen size bed was firm but comfortable and the AC was excellent.

Chambre très agréable mais stores fenêtres non occultants. Dans salle de bain éclairage à améliorer Grand choix au petit déjeuner . Produits bio à proposer au maximum Personnel efficace et à l'écoute Situation géographique excellente

Hotel de qualité, service soigné, chambres spacieuses et récentes. Petit déj avec produits locaux, très agréable.

Chambre au 2ème étage sans ascenseur. Baignoire à disposition, pas très pratique d'utilisation. Nuit pas du tout reposante contrairement à ce que nous avait promis le personnel de l'accueil. Réveillés à plusieurs reprises durant la nuit par des occupants peux discrets. Le petit déjeuner était était prévu à l'hôtel "le Colombier" juste en face de l'établissement. Service correct mais il régnait une ambiance trop bruyante lors du repas.

Une belle réussite d'avoir transformé cette maison de ville en un lieu magique. Tout est nuancé, travaillé dans le détail. Obernai charmante bourgade où finalement trouver où stationner son véhicule est un jeu d'enfant, ne doit pas faire oublier le charme de cet endroit secret.

Ayant déjà séjourné dans un hôtel du groupe, nous avons choisi le Pavillon 7 pour notre séjour à Obernai et nous n'avons pas été déçus ! Accueil au top, chambres spacieuses et agréables, et petit-déjeuner varié et complet. Nous reviendrons !

Réservation faite en suivant le guide Michelin, sans savoir qu’il s’agissait d’une annexe du Colombier. Vaste chambre au décor « post moderne » un peu froid, en rez de chaussée, presque aveugle car c’est une ancienne cour intérieure construite. Chauffage électrique un peu poussif. Douche à l’italienne qui inonde une partie de la salle d’eau. Petit déjeuner moyen (croissants médiocres). Aucune envie d’y passer une deuxième nuit.
