아 아 쿠르 달자즈(Hotel A la Cour D Alsace)

Located in a small street close to Obernai's main square, this hotel is an oasis of calm with a beautiful garden, charming architecture, and a pool and spa. Clean and spacious rooms, modern bathrooms. Friendly and professional staff, excellent restaurant - the breakfast buffet was varied, filling, and delicious (croissants and other pastries, yogurts, pancakes and waffles, fruit, cheeses, etc.) Parking is available in the courtyard. A fabulous stay.

I had a wonderful stay at A la Cour D'Alsace! My friend and I drove in from Paris and arrived early evening. The reception was very professional and friendly. Once in my room, overlooking the coutyard, I was happy to find a spacious and elegant room with a lovely marble bathroom with all the best amenities. We stepped out to have dinner and found a local restaurant called "La Dime" that was recommended to us, where we had a casual and lovely dinner on the outside terrace. The next morning we enjoyed one of the best breakfast buffet's I've ever had. Again, the service was very attentive and gracious. We used the pool which we had all to ourselves and I booked a massage in one of their massage rooms. The massage therapist gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. We spent two days in Obernai which allowed us to discover a charming town with the most charming streets, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend you stay at La Cour d'Alsace. It's right in the middle of the town and so quiet and elegant. I will definitely come back. Christmas here will be so special!

The photos of the room online are not representative of what you get. We reserved a deluxe room. Not. The bed sagged, it looked like it was made in a hurry as the duvet was lumpy and unevenly spread. I’m not great at making beds but even I could do better. There is a portable A/C in the room. Although it was on the room felt warm. After looking around we discovered that the hose venting the unit was blowing hot air into the room. After speaking with reception they said - they had no idea what housekeeping did. Just open the window, stick the hose out and close the window as best you can. Well, the window didn’t close at all but at least it no longer felt like a sauna. Thank goodness we were here for just one night. The second star is for cleanliness. The room is clean. And there’s parking on the premises.

A nice place to stay and visit the famous Alsacians Christmas markets. We stopped there for 3 days . And visited Obernai , Riquewhir , Colmar, Ribeauvillé. Alsace in December is beautiful. Excellent breakfast at the Hotel. Unfortunately the Hotel's restaurant was closed....

We stayed here for four nights and had a delightful stay. The hotel is a little difficult to find (worth looking at Google before you go) but there is very good parking on site and the hotel is only round the corner from the centre of Obernai which is a lovely place. We had a superior room on the first floor which was super, large and very well appointed with a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Free water in your room and they were excellent at topping things up - so many hotels give you everything on the first night but are bad at giving you anything if you stay longer! Down in the bar there was a smart coffee making machine, water and fruit juice which you could help yourself to throughout the day and free of charge. The hotel food was excellent, we had dinner outside on our first two nights which was lovely, dinner was of a very high standard but I would suggest you book in advance as we couldn’t get a reservation for our third night but there are very good restaurants nearby. We were beautifully looked after by Charlotte and Melissa who were an absolute delight, spoke perfect English and were a real credit to the hotel. All the staff we encountered were very professional and helpful. Reception staff were very pleasant but on arrival I felt they could have been a bit more jolly and welcoming! Overall a great hotel, lovely swimming pool, garden which was quiet and relaxing - a very classy hotel, we will be back!

The hotel experience was absolutly amazing! We had our two Jack Rusell terriers with us and the staff was amazing towards all of us. In the morning we could enjoy a nice swim in the luxery pool after the buffet breakfast, and in the evening have a nice dinner in the restaurante below. Amazing hotel for a nice stay. Higly recomend it!!

Just got back from our second stay at this hotel. The location is perfect - in town, everything within easy walking distance, yet also quiet and peaceful. Parking is plentiful and secure. Beautifully well-kept gardens with sun loungers and seating where you can relax, particularly nice in the evenings after dinner. You can also order a drink there. Our room was a double Deluxe. It was generously-sized, spotlessly clean and light and airy. Plenty of cupboard space. The indoor pool is really inviting after a hard day's sightseeing. Stylishly decorated. Lovely warm water. One of the bubbly jets was a bit noisy but we mentioned it to the staff and it was fixed very promptly. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The manager, Roman Straub, was particularly friendly and welcoming. He made the effort to get to know all the guests and have a word with everybody. It's unusual to see a general manager so 'present'! All in all, a great week. We'll be back!

Travelling through Europe as part of motorbike tour, we stayed here for one night on route to Germany. Professional and friendly staff at reception.Very good secure parking. An accessible walk into the town for lunch/dinner, with a good variety of choice. Room was spacious with a little courtyard ( very useful for drying off bike gear) and excellent air con. Returning to the hotel after dinner at 8.45pm in the town we were told the bar facilities were closed, that was a little disappointing as a night cap would have been lovely, but didn't ruin out stay. Breakfast was plentiful and very enjoyable. Would definitely use this hotel again.

The general manager was very professional and present to make sure his hotel was running as it should. All the staff were welcoming and approachable. The superior facilities (jets, sauna etc) at the pool were a great bonus after a long drive & the quality of the food in the restaurant very good indeed; we would be keen to stay again. Obernai itself was a pleasure to walk around.
