유로스타 이슬라 데 라 토하(Eurostars Isla de La Toja)

Excellent facilities, staff were very knowledgable and friendly. The level of cleanliness in this place is remarkable. You'll have no trouble finding your way around and parking is extremely convenient.

We visited this hotel during the Easter break. The facilities are very good: clean, modern, cozy. The spa is very nice: it features 3 different internal pools (one for little kids, another one for kids, and a big one for adults), and external pools, with all the typical water jets. The outdoor pool zone has a nice green lawn, and there also are two nice saunas. Everything was perfectly clean and functional. The big disappointment has been the food. We initially had half board, but we decided to go breakfast-only after our first day of stay. The buffet was very basic, and there was very little choice of meat and fish. Even during the breakfast we experienced shortages of basic stuff (croissants!) which were not promptly refilled by the staff. What's worse: we had breakfast at 10:00, and 3 days out of 4 we could eat no churros since... we were told they were finished. I'm afraid I just don't understand how a hotel can offer something such as this and not refill. It's definitely better, in my humble opinion, not to offer it at all instead of disappointing paying customers who have breakfast perfectly on time, as everybody else. I'm afraid that Eurostars has not lived up to its standards in this occasion.

As far as I know this hotel is rated as four stars, but it could have more. Everything is sleek, modern and very clean. The room I was given was big and comfortable, and it had beautiful views too. Beds were exceptional. There´s also a huge thermal area, you have to book an hour, it seems to be overcrowded always, specially at mid-afternoons, I guess one should ask first when is the best hour. The facilities are very good: huge, at good temperature... and a lot of jets, plus sauna and Turkish bath. There´s also heated swimming-pools outside with the usual things: jacuzzi, jets and so on, and a fantastic non-heated swimming-pool with an independent access. Breakfast was also outstanding, much better than in many five stars hotels. Staff was great: attentive, nice, professional. All in all, except a few really minor details -the access to the garage isn´t ideal, for instance-, this hotel is really outstanding, ideal if you are looking for a break in an area that is also very nice, with a beautiful scenery and full of many points of interest.

Overall ok but small technical issue with the room AC where we needed to change room. Only basic English support. Needs more info on the hours and access to the pools and other services.

Mi estancia de una noche en este hotel fue simplemente mágica. Las vistas desde mi habitación eran impresionantes, con panorámicas que me dejaron sin aliento. El desayuno, una obra maestra culinaria, ofrecía una amplia variedad de opciones frescas y deliciosas que satisfacían todos mis antojos matutinos. La combinación de estas vistas increíbles y un desayuno tan exquisito convirtieron mi breve estancia en una experiencia inolvidable. ¡Definitivamente volveré para disfrutar de más momentos de serenidad y placer en este paraíso hotelero!

Hôtel magnifique dans un cadre somptueux. L'ile a tout d'une résidence privée. Nous avons été accueilli par Virginia qui parle un peu français et qui est d'une parfaite amabilité. Explications sur l'environnement de l'hôtel, conseils et propositions des services. La balnéothérapie paraît superbe mais nous n'y sommes pas allés. Les chambres sont magnifiques, grandes, confortables avec une grande salle de bains et des toilettes séparées. Le petit déjeuner est grandiose, choix, qualité des produits...parfait. Le seul regret est qu'il n'y ait pas de bar permettant d'attendre le dîner servi à l'hôtel et dans les environs pas avant 20.30. rapport quallité prix imbattable et inimaginable en France.

Hotel bien calidad precio, desayuno muy bueno, spa regular , limpieza muy bien , personal amable , las habitaciones están bien , aunque los.baños un poco ya desgastado por el tiempo pero con muy buena limpieza , diría que todo correcto calidad precio están acordes

Ótimo hotel. Ótimo atendimento. Excelentes instalações. Quartos espaçosos. Muito acolhedor. Excelente relação qualidade preço. Os funcionários super atenciosos, pequeno almoço, restaurante e bar comida com muita qualidade. Super recomendo.
