What an amazing hotel! Ryan's Bay Hotel is a gem, and I'm glad I chose to stay there. I always pick a hotel based on the reviews, and this time, I wasn't disappointed.

Clean. Quiet. The room is spacious and has everything you need. Beautiful garden around and nice view on the lake. The staff is attentive and polite. We liked the place and would like return to stay.

Ryan’s Bay was recommended by our safari guide. Traveling very far from the USA, I wanted to be sure that our accommodation was satisfactory. I was little skeptical because our first choice looked better online. When we arrived we knew that we had made an excellent choice. The front desk attendant was friendly and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful! We loved our spacious, authentically situated room. The beautiful view of Lake Victoria from both our room and the outdoor dining area was perfect. The food and service was amazing!

We loved our stay at Ryan’s Bay. The grounds are beautiful and inviting. The rooms are spacious and clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and responded to our every need. We felt like we were family. The food was delicious, the best we had while visiting Mwanza. We definitely would come back again.

I seriously do not want to leave!! Something about this place speaks to me! The peace, the positivity, the FANTASTIC food, the smiles, the greatest warmth from everyone. The owners are so special. The staff is generous and loving. I’ve felt like family from the moment they picked us up from the airport!!

We had an fantastic experience. Owners and staff went out of their way to help guests with any requests. The room accommodations were beyond my expectations and food at the restaurant was always freshly prepared and tasty. We also utilized their in house Fortes Safari service and with their experienced guides we were able to view the Big Five. The trip through the Serengeti Park and Ngorongoro Crater was very special and beautiful. If this is your once in a lifetime dream trip don’t miss out on this expertly run hotel and safari tour company.

I've traveled the world, and I will tell you there is something special about this place. When you arrive you're greeted by the amazing staff! The location and grounds are amazing and of course the breathtaking views of the water... By far this place has got the best food in Mwanza with an amazing view of the lake.. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and they have fast internet. Don't miss out on this one if you're visiting Mwanza!

The accommodations are outstanding. Customer service is 5 stars. Our stay was so relaxing we didn't want to leave. The entire staff is so warm, helpful and friendly that they make you happy to be there. They are very receptive to every request. The food was incredibly delicious. Ryan's Bay knows how to treat guests like family. The safari was everything we could have wanted. The guides knew where to take us to see and photograph “The Big Five” plus more and the safari accommodations were wonderful.
