這個歷史悠久的路邊野旅館都不如的地方，攜程居然標註成2022年底全新營業的五鑽連鎖精品酒店。2000+的房費換來的是：1、全屋無死角的全灰塵覆蓋，擦完兩遍還如意一樣黑；2、一夜停電5次，3、、找不到服務員（攜程也打電話到酒店找不到人）對了房間沒有電話，基本靠吼也就不到人。4、取暖器異響（看視頻）。5、螞蟻成羣，成羣搬家那種，有視頻稍後補傳。6、踢腳線爛到快長蘑菇了，7、地板、沙發、床上各處可見前面住客毛髮………罄竹難書 大家避坑慎入 活脱脱的標準教科書式的欺詐！ 攜程至今的答覆是聯繫不上酒店，到現在還沒打通電話呢……

Christmas at Broomfield was nothing short of magical. The beautiful views of the lush foliage, tea plantations and mountains were not only spectacular, but a true testament to the history of Sri Lanka. The cosy ambience of Broomfield itself made one feel as if they were cast in a Hallmark film. The rooms were spacious, the food comforting, beautifully presented and delicious, and the staff were friendly and ready to accommodate you at any moment. This is a highly recommended place, that, with the comforting rooms and the smiling faces of the staff, truly feels like a home. From Sunil Mendis and family

From check in time to check out we were treated like royalty. Sanath the butler did a wonderful job making our stay comfortable and enjoyable . He brought all of our bags in to our rooms, made our beds, waited our table for breakfast/dinner, and made sure to bring our morning tea/coffee right on time. We truly felt like we were home. The food was absolutely delicious, Chef Kelum put a lot of love and passion into his cooking and always made sure everything was to our liking. The attention to detail and the effort put in by these two made our stay unforgettable. If you are looking for a serene/peaceful location with beautiful views and great service I highly recommend JetWing Broomfield. This villa is also owned by the Bandarainke family and has a lot of history the decorations and furniture gives it a very beautiful old school feel. I will be sure to visit again.

This is a lovely historic house with beautiful public spaces, such as living room with fireplace and a beautiful dining room. It is located in the mountains among them many tea fields the location that’s absolutely beautiful and represents the area and people who work the tea fields. The room was original, and looked out over the house gardens and the tea fields. We enjoyed our time with the team manager, who took us to the fields and explained when and how they picked the tea and later show us the process of making tea. The staff was very hospitable and friendly great service by.Sanath and Shamar. The a dinner we had cooked by Chef.Kalum was one of our best dinners in all of Sri Lanka.

Lovely and very well maintained property in nuwaraeliya it’s a old charm bungalow now run by Jetwing and excellent service & delicious food. Staff will do everything possible to make your stay memorable. Massive green garden with ample space for you to have a beer or chitchat. Definitely we will come back.

We stayed at the Broomfield By Jetwing last weekend. It is a property with historical value. Very quiet place with a calm & beautiful view. The staff were very concerned about our requirements, and we enjoyed it a lot. The rooms were very clean and arranged properly. We love the food we had, and credit goes to Chef Kelum Tisal. Special thanks to Sanath (Butler), Garuka (Butler) for their excellent service and Shamod too. We highly recommend this great homey hotel if you are visiting Nuwara Eliya to have a great stay and experience.

Hospitality by the staff is amazing. The chef is talented and the food is delicious. Rooms are well-maintained and spacious. This is the ancestral bungalow of the Bandaranayake family and has been renovated as a villa. The property has a big garden with a grass field to enjoy the scenery of Gregory Lake and Nuwara Eliya city among the mountains. I highly recommend the place to stay in Nuwara Eliya. Gonna visit again for sure!!

Most comfortable and pleasure hotel I even stayed, It's like a private English manor，only 6 rooms, I love the 5 star service and the food. Breakfast is amazing! Sanath he is your Private butler, such a kind and lovely person! Always smiling and willing to help whenever you need. I love the food we had everyday, thanks to the Chef Kelum! The food he cooked definitely is the highlight during our stay! Overall, this is a great homey hotel like a surprise when we visited Sri Lanka.
