離市中心有點距離，很英倫風格的酒店，小花園修剪精緻，房間乾淨，還有個陽台，面對茶園，夜晚安靜，早上空氣清新，喜歡這樣的酒店。酒店提供自助晚餐，品種很多。早餐也是自助，品種不是很多。英式服務很好。

一進門給了我一個家庭房，房間裏2張床，溝通之後工作人員一副給了你更好的房間你卻不滿的態度，讓我看了原來訂的房間，感覺真的不值這個價格。推薦還是住努沃比較方便。

Was only over night but room is ok, staff are very kind and hospitable.……………………. I tried only soup for the dinner but also was very good………….. Location wise also good It is surrounded by nature…………………….. Thanks and I will come back…………………….

The rooms are tired and worn needs total refurbishment. It was also noisy with a group of people partying outside.The evening buffet was cold and variety poor. The ironing board had holes in it and bottom of iron really dirty. The one star was for the staff who were very nice.

The location was a bit tricky to access as google maps took us down a winding 1 lane road. Stayed here 2 nights. Beautiful scenic garden and driveway. Has a separate entertainment room, away from the main building with a lounge and pool room. There are no lifts but the staff bring your luggages to the room. Our room was big and spacious had a small balcony but couldn’t sit out as there were spiders hanging off the ceiling. Clean otherwise but pillows definitely need to be replaced. And the sink had a leak. The iron provided in the room didn’t work but staff replaced it when addressed. We ordered some food for a late lunch the day we arrived as we drove straight from Kandy. We were all famished. The food took more than an hour and a half to arrive and was very disappointing. Sandwiches were dry and the soup more like a curry consistency. And the butter chicken was too sour. Day two we had power outage just in our building twice and it took almost an hour to restore. There was no back up generator or candles or even a form of communication to let us know what was happening. Kind of a let down for a first time visit to Nuwara Eliya. I will not be recommending this cottage but if they can get their staff trained a bit more in communication and crisis handling there is much potential for this establishment.

We had 2 nights at this beautiful old empire style accommodation in the tea country of Nuwara Eleya. Polished teak floors and stuffed armchairs give this place a very appealing old world charm. The room was comfortable with a little balcony overlooking the lake. Food was excellent and the staff friendly and organised. From here we visited the town, enjing visits to the old post office and a walk round Victoria Park. In the evening we walked around the back of the hotel and up into the tea plantation. Very serene and with great views of the valley and lake. Definitely to be recommended as a base for the area.
