The most relaxing and meticulously beautiful place we have been so far in Sri Lanka. Everything are thoroughly done in perfect harmony and atmosphere just serene and enjoyable. The food are beyond good and the service modt attentive especially with our son allergy issues. Really appreciate everyone for making us feel very welcome and looked after.

We stayed at Bellwood Manor for two nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we booked, Stacey was incredibly helpful, ensuring everything was perfectly organized. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with personalized hospitality, including a flower garland that immediately set the tone for an exceptional stay. The staff were outstanding—extremely accommodating and always willing to go the extra mile. I wanted to surprise my wife with an anniversary cake, and they arranged it seamlessly. We decided to upgrade to a junior suite upon arrival, and the process was hassle-free. The suite was spacious, beautifully appointed, and came with a luxurious bathtub. Daily room service was prompt and impeccable. A special mention must go to the incredible kitchen team led by Chef Don Steven Thilina, along with Janith, Pathum, and the rest of the staff. Their personalized service was second to none. Every meal was tailored to our preferences, and on one occasion, they prepared Sri Lankan hot buttered cuttlefish for us at short notice—it was absolutely delicious! The plunge pool was a fantastic addition, allowing us to book private time slots for a relaxing experience together. The breathtaking views of the lake added to the serene ambiance, making it one of the most memorable stays we've ever had. On the second day, we had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Dushyanth, who was warm and friendly. He shared valuable tips about nearby attractions, enhancing our overall experience. Even the checkout process was smooth, with the entire team coming out to wave us off—a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. We can’t recommend Bellwood Manor enough. My wife and I had one of the best stays of our lives and will definitely return.

Wonderful experience, amazing staff and delicious food. One of our best stay, thoroughly enjoyed staying here. There is single tree hike which is very near to this property good for morning walk or evening stroll. Highly recommended place to stay in Nuwara Elya.

They gave us a very warm welcome and the hospitality of the staff is superb!! Rooms are very spacious and very comfortable!! Food is excellent and freshly made!! Service was excellent and I will highly recommend this place to any other guest!!

This historical palace is located by a beautiful lake with short distance. It gives you the vibes of the UK countrysides, stunning views and friendly, respectful people around the town and the waiters and the staff in this hotel. The room and all facilities are well maintained and comfortable. Highly recommended for couples of days to relax and enjoy the nature.

We had one night family stay. Awesome cozy room with all colonial amenities, kind and truly friendly staff, excellent food and seservices, and excellent location as well. Kids enjoyed with horse rides organized by the hotel which was great. It is highly recommend.
