湖景房實際上並沒有窗，有一扇後門到花園 湖景其實不大，花園挺好的 最難以忍受的是噪音，旁邊有個酒吧會喧囂到半夜，根本無法入睡 服務人員都很盡心，滿分

環境很好，在一個小山頂，位置不是中心位置，差不多要打車到鎮中心。空氣絕佳，湖景可以看到很美的景色。酒店是管家服務。

一次非常愉快的住宿！沒有前台check in ，直接管家幫你辦理好帶入房間。房間用的鑰匙真的是木質🔑！就是熱水不太穩定，洗一會會冷下來。游泳池室內的，可惜晚上六點後就不開了

古老而優雅的高端小眾酒店

What a beautiful boutique hotel. Situated just outside of central Nurawa Eliya overlooking the lake it a a gorgeous and welcoming place. Beautifully appointed and in a lovely garden setting, one instantly feels relaxed. On arrival you are warmly greeted by Mr Raj and the Butlers team of Lakisanka and Kireshan who ensured that nothing was too much trouble and that one’s stay was extremely comfortable. With only 6 rooms, th whites provided a lovely intimidate stay. The breakfasts were delicious and not only bountiful but also beautifully presented. We had dinner there on one of the nights and it was fabulous … the only criticism was that it was too much food but hubby didn’t complain. Most of the herbs and some veggies came from the hotel’s kitchen garden. The rooms are extremely comfortable and incredibly clean. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. If you are travelling to Nurawa Eliya this is the place to stay.

Had the opportunity to experience a nice afternoon tea at the hotel. Selection of sandwiches, pastries and sweets were filling and of good quality. These were served on an outdoor seating area, overlooking the lake. The butler/server Lakshan and property manager Jim were very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend having the afternoon tea here.

This place is a hidden gem for afternoon tea or grabbing some delicious bites. The views are simply breathtaking! I also want to express my heartfelt appreciation to Lakshan, Mono, and Mr. Jim for their exceptional and friendly service. They made our experience truly unforgettable.

Beautiful hotel, small but perfectly formed. From the moment we arrived and were welcomed by Mr Raj the manager to leaving we were really well looked after. Lakisanka and Soyza provided brilliant service and made sure we had everything we needed. Surprisingly the bedtime hot water bottle was a real treat! Our large, well equipped room opened out onto the front veranda providing a lovely view of the lake.

I stayed at W15 Lake Gregory with my spouse during March 2025 and it was one of the most memorable stays in my life. The property is wonderfully located overlooking the lake Gregory with uninterrupted view. It's very easy to find the location as the they have placed direction boards at right places. The hotel provides very personalized service to their guests. The Manager, Mr. Raj and the staff are very sincere and thoughtful so much so that it feels like a second home. This is a perfect example of warm Sri Lankan hospitality. Thank you and looking forward to visiting again.

We stayed at W15 for 2 nights as part of our tour of Sri Lanka. Sometimes you find a hotel where the service is perfect. We were treated so well, we even had hot water bottles to warm our beds at night. Mr Raj the manger was polite and welcoming and Shimal attentive at all time. Our room was spotless and spacious with a huge bathroom. The gardens are expertly manicured with beautiful flowers and plants. We all had high tea which was like going back to colonial times. Breakfast was served outside and all individually prepared. We ate dinner on the last night, which was lovely. Our whole stay was 5 star Well done W15, I am sure we will be back.

The location was fantastic, with a beautiful surrounding atmosphere. The staff, including Lakishanka, Cooray, Mono, Madushanka, Krishnakumary, and Jim Thomas, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making a wonderful first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional—clean, stylish, spacious, and offering excellent service. The food was delicious, great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room was well-equipped, comfortable, and very pleasant. I was thoroughly pleased with my stay and look forward to returning for a longer visit in the future.

Me my husband went here for High Tea. We’re from the UK so a little bit of home. The setting is beautiful. All of the staff were very attentive and of a high standard. The Manager also had a chat with us and explained the history of lord Mountbatten. He is very passionate about his vocation. Finally the food as amazing. Thank you

Wonderful family stay in Nuwara Eliya during our trip through Sri Lanka. Nice boutique bungalow in a perfect setting from where to enjoy great views. Old style, well-kept comfortable rooms that provide the colonial atmosphere that goes with the town. Above all, I would highlight the personalized service and the great freshly prepared food, served with style and attention provided by a very professional staff: soyza, shimal, lakshan, madusanka. Congratulations for a job well done. Looking forward to another visit … with sunnier days!

What a treat it was to stay in this beautiful colonial style hotel. The warm welcome from the General Manager and his team was very much appreciated. The décor and furnishings were beautiful and in keeping with the property. Our room was luxurious, very tastefully decorated and included everything we could possibly need, the whole place was absolutely spotlessly clean. Dinner, served by the log fire, was delicious and the service discreetly attentive. By far the best place we have stayed in Sri Lanka. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special.
