호텔 가격 대비 가치가 전혀 없습니다. 객실은 불편하고, 침대는 부서진 나무 조각으로 겨우 붙어 있으며, 청소 상태도 매우 불량합니다. 절대 가지 마세요!!!

모든 것이 괜찮지만, 객실은 다소 저렴해 보이는 느낌입니다. 물론 이는 개인적인 취향 문제겠지만요. 인터넷은 문제가 있습니다. 객실에서는 속도가 느리고 거의 연결이 되지 않습니다.

가격 대비 훌륭한 위치의 호텔입니다! 아름다운 해변 바로 앞에 위치해 있으며, 상점, 카페, 미니마켓 등 필요한 모든 편의시설이 가까이에 있습니다. 객실은 소박하지만, 하루 종일 바다에서 시간을 보내기 때문에 크게 신경 쓰지 않았습니다. 조식은 평범해서 근처 레스토랑에서 먹었는데, 가격도 적당하고 맛있었습니다. 호텔에서 가까운 호텔 해변으로 쉽게 이동할 수 있고, 썰물 때는 해안선을 따라 걸어갈 수도 있습니다. 정말 편리한 위치입니다.

객실은 모두 매우 오래되었고, 배관은 모두 형편없고, 에어컨은 오래되어서 가끔 작동하지 않고, 직원들은 끊임없이 밖에서 무언가를 하고 있고, 카트를 시끄럽게 굴리고, 서로 큰 소리로 이야기하고, 직원들이 끊임없이 무언가를 하기 때문에 방이나 수영장 근처에 있을 수가 없습니다. 호텔에는 평화가 없었고, 모두 직원들 덕분이었습니다. 그들은 사기를 치고 수건에 대한 보증금을 돌려주지 않습니다! 호텔의 유일한 장점은 해변으로 바로 접근할 수 있다는 점입니다. 하지만 해변으로 나가면 마사이족이나 다른 무리의 습격을 받게 됩니다! 이건 정말 지옥이야!

호텔은 그저 평균적이에요

우리 방에 다른 방으로 통하는 문이 하나 더 있다는 걸 깨닫기 전까지는 모든 게 괜찮았어요. 사생활은 전혀 보장되지 않았고, 바로 옆방에서 무슨 일이 일어나는지 훤히 다 들렸어요.

정말 멋진 숙박이었어요! 이전 예약 전에 이곳을 찾았더라면 좋았을 텐데 하는 아쉬움이 남았습니다. 도착일을 잘못 맞춰서 다른 호텔을 찾느라 주변을 둘러봐야 했는데, 마침 Amaan 호텔을 발견했습니다. 최고의 선택이었어요! 서비스도 훌륭했고, 해변 바로 옆에 위치해서 좋았고, 조식 뷔페는 정말 훌륭했습니다. 객실에 해변과 수영장에서 하루를 보낸 후 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 꼭 다시 이 호텔을 선택할 거예요!! 모든 유형의 여행객에게 완벽한 곳이에요!!

잔지바르는 정말 멋진 곳이었습니다. 방갈로는 괜찮았고, 가장 좋은 점은 해변에 위치해 있고 친절한 직원 덕분에 머물기에 충분한 가치가 있었다는 것입니다. 프런트 데스크의 사메라 씨가 제공한 서비스는 최고였습니다.

주변 환경은 괜찮습니다. 호텔이 해변 바로 옆에 있고, 해변도 매우 깨끗합니다. 객실 가구와 장식은 다소 오래되었고, 가끔 정전이 발생하지만 그 외에는 괜찮습니다.

매우 안타깝습니다. 매트리스에서 자면 온몸이 아프네요. TV도 없습니다. 방에 인터넷도 없고 신호도 없습니다. 룸서비스는 언급되지 않으며 청소를 누가 주도적으로 해주지 않습니다. 바닥에 개미가 많고 수영장이 너무 더러워요. 최악의 경험, 매트리스 때문에 몸이 아프고, 담요가 거칠고, TV도 없고, Wi-Fi도 없고, 실내 신호도 없고, 수영장이 더러워 보이고, 룸서비스가 적극적으로 이루어지지 않고, 개미가 많습니다.

경치가 정말 좋았어요. 정말 아름다웠어요. 조식도 훌륭했어요.

Amaan Beach Bungalows is all about the location. Being right on Nungwi Beach, with the ocean just steps away, makes it a lovely place to stay. The views are beautiful, the swimming pool is well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxed. The rooms are quite basic, but the beachfront setting and easy access to everything in Nungwi make up for it. All the staff were amazing — friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. One of my highlights was the live cooking evening, which was a great experience. The food was freshly prepared in front of the guests, and the atmosphere made the evening especially enjoyable. Overall, a simple and pleasant beachfront stay in a fantastic location, with wonderful staff and a great atmosphere.

As a returning guest who has frequented Amaan Bungalows nearly every winter since 2017, I have observed a steady decline in service standards over the years. However, my most recent experience has reached an unacceptable level for any professional hospitality establishment. The primary concern involves a gross failure in reservation management. Despite booking a Sea View room with a King-size bed months in advance for the New Year period, I was informed upon arrival that the category was unavailable. I was offered a significantly inferior, cramped room with twin beds—an arrangement entirely unsuitable for my requirements. Whether this was due to administrative negligence or overbooking for financial gain, it represents a severe breach of contract and professional ethics. I would like to extend my professional gratitude to Trip.com for their prompt intervention and for providing financial compensation for the material and moral damages caused by the hotel’s mismanagement. The hotel’s inability to maintain internet connectivity during power outages is unjustifiable. While neighboring, more affordable establishments (e.g., Highland Bungalows) ensure seamless internet via generators, Amaan Bungalows fails to provide this basic utility. Staffing Levels: There is a critical shortage of housekeeping staff, leading to delayed check-ins and irregular room maintenance. Dining and Atmosphere: The restaurant’s culinary quality has fallen below the standard of local guest houses. Furthermore, the absence of ambient music during the day creates an unprofessional atmosphere dominated by staff noise and guest chatter. Commendations for Front-line Personnel Despite the systemic failures of upper management, several staff members deserve recognition for their professionalism: Hospitality (Restaurant/Bar): Omar is an exemplary professional. He not only assists guests with precision but also actively coaches junior staff on the importance of maintaining a positive, guest-oriented demeanor. The bartenders, in general, remain welcoming and courteous. Reception: Juma demonstrated genuine empathy and attempted to assist within his limited authority, contrasting sharply with senior management who exhibited a dismissive and unprofessional attitude toward my situation. Security & Housekeeping: The security team is highly efficient, often stepping in to assist with luggage due to staffing shortages. The housekeeping staff, though overworked, perform their duties to a high standard once they arrive. The location remains excellent, and the cleanliness of linens is satisfactory. However, the current management's disregard for confirmed bookings and their unprofessional response to grievances has severely damaged the hotel's reputation. I cannot recommend this establishment until a significant restructuring of management and operational protocols occurs.
