It was beautiful and staff was excellent. Everything filled up fast at pool and beach. People would go down in morning and put books and towells on chairs but not use them for several hours. I didnt like that.

This was the 3rd time staying in this resert which I like the food was good the resort is nice the staff like waitresses are awesome but there was one thing we experienced bad customer service in the reception area we

The property is very large and beautiful. We enjoyed our entire stay without leaving the premises as there is so much to do within the resort…activities, events, pools, restaurants, spa, etc. Slides are super fun! Waiters are exceptional and go out of their way to please all hotel guests. THANK YOU!! Please tip them for their above and beyond hospitality. I rated it a 4 because we chose the all inclusive package and while many food options are included BEWARE not all and we got stuck with a $100 bill for ice cream that we weren’t told about. I complained about it and was told that it was stated in the registration paperwork which took both the front desk person and I more than 5 minutes to find that language as it wasn’t very clear. Most places will be vocal about it and will tell you upfront but for whatever reason, the ice cream place employees stayed quiet and just charged my room. All other restaurant servers told us when food options were not included. I’m hoping that front desk will tell their guests and not just tell them to read several pages of fine print paperwork.

I reserved 3 day get a way with ******* I selected ocean view room and I got a room that was older and the view was to another room, i wanted to be proactive and reserved everything prior to arrival they mentioned nothing can be reserved over the phone, I learned that if you are a club member which I am you get treated differently

Property is very nice. Love the umbrellas on the beach. Didn’t like that the all inclusive plans doesn’t means is all inclusive, you can’t eat in all their restaurants and you can’t even eat in the ONLY ONE BAR that they have, you need to pay for it separate.

We love staying at Paradise village! The staff is very polite. The food and amenities are good and convenient!

The property is beautiful but they are very inefficient and the service is quite bad overall.

Checking in and out is a super lengthy process and out of everything this needs to improve as a customer standpoint. Everyone was super welcoming but I stood in line to check and out at least 30 minutes each time if not longer. All inclusive isn’t really all inclusive. There are places that do not include all inclusive on the resort so it’s misleading saying there’s 5 places to eat. I did not like that nor did I like that half the menu at each restaurant was “excluded” from all inclusive. Food options need more variety.

Food is fancy but expensive. Need a taxi to go out anywhere. Day one they will try to sell you a time share. They promise a gift and free breakfast in return for half a day. Closers are nice but pushy. Advertised on Exp***** was “All Inclusive.” Far from that…..had to pay for everything. Would not go again for that reason.. watch what you buy and verify with the hotel. Finally barely enjoyed the beach. Three days of crocodile sightings within the are. Good thing was they warned us.
