Just had the best stay! Would definitely come back, the hotel is incredible, food is delicious and staff very friendly!

I liked the pool area and the buffet options. I did not like that you had to stand in line for half hour or more to get a dinnCer reservation only to be told you couldn't eat until 10 pm. We had no hot water in the shower for the first 5 days I told 2 men at the front desk and they called mainenance, but nothing. I told Jasime at the des and she explained to go to my room , call maintenance , they came up and here the faucet needed to be turned to cold to get hot water. Simple fix if someone had told us that on the first day. The floors in the room were filthy , wearing sock, they turned black as did the bottom of our feet. When checking in no one seemed to know what they were doing. We were given a paper saying we had been upgraded and could check in at 12 instead of 3. Three hours later we were given a room- with the wrong key. We had to go back down and get another key . Front staff needs to get it together. Jasmine was the best at the front desk.

The shows were fantastic. The food, pool and beach area was great. The waiters were great. Always enjoy our stay here

We enjoyed the stay. Quite and close to shopping. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Food was very good in the specialty restaurants at night just ok at the buffet.

The staff is kind and lovely. The spa was great, though they finished my treatments 15 minutes early. The main areas are super cool and breezy. I felt obligated to upgrade to the “Royal” package after checking in because otherwise, the amenities are far from all-inclusive. It’s an uncomfortable atmosphere when there are different tiers of guest treatment, I was fortunate to be able to afford the upgrade. Some of the room furnishings are worn/damaged and the room was dirty (plume of dust when I sat on the bed, layer of dirt on the floor). Room service comes daily and is very nice. The food is fine, contrary to a lot of reviews. They excessively monitor the buffet (the only place to eat without reservation) to ensure no one leaves with any food, despite room service being allowed which was weird/wasteful. There is not much to do in the area aside from additional tours to book which require significant travel. If you can afford “Royal” treatment and don’t want to do much exploring, this hotel will be adequate.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at the property due to the location, amenities, and staff. It was nice having a both a pool and beach "scene" with the former being more lively with music and people and the latter being more relaxing and natural. Alternating between the two was fun. The food was decent, especially the mexican food at the buffet and the Tokyo japanese restaurant. Entertainment, usually music with dancers, each night was also fun to watch. The staff were generally very pleasant and accomodating. The pool bar staff slung some great drinks. A few things that could be be improved: All restaurants except the buffet require a reservation, which means you need to stand in a queue at 9am when concierge opens to book your reservation. I tried making a reservation around 2pm on the first day and was told I had to be there at 9am to make a reservation. Who wants to wake up early to stand in a queue on vacaction? Accepting reservations at any time while the concierge is open would be better. Another aspect that could be improved is quiet hours in the morning. On two different mornings we were woken fairly early, the first by the room minibar person wanting to restock the fridge despite a "do not disturb" sign and the second by loud maintenance staff replacing door locks first thing in the morning. I think respecting morning quite hours until at least 10am would be best. Other than that, we felt the resort was a good value for the money and would stay again!

I have a severe gluten allergy and the dining staff was wonderful at accommodating. It was not safe for me to eat off of the buffet, so they always made me food in back. I am also a vegetarian.

We had a great time at the resort. Many fun activities to take part in, close shopping, walking on the beach every day.
