Loved the stay. Staff is super friendly, the food selection was great, pool is clean and pool area lovely. The outdoor area is well maintained and very green, enjoyed the walks. Rooms are clean, soon to be fully renovated. I will definitely come back.

We stayed in a Premium apartment in the first line to the sea with two bedrooms and a big terrace. Just a few steps to the pool complex and indoor pool in wellness center. All the area is very very big! We have a three year old boy and a 12 years dog Our apartment was cleaned every day, and my wife was very happy about the quality! Food is excellent! Staff was very kind and helpful.

The wellness area is outdated, the sauna especially, there is no relax zone, hot water for showering, towels, water for refreshment or tea. The last day of the stay was the last day before the hotel closed, but already then the workers began to tidy up, and through the wellness zone to enter inventory.

We were not sure if this resort was closed or a ghost town. Difficult to find, and unmarked as a Wyndham. Virtually no one present at a huge resort, and many amenities (pools, shops) closed for the season. Until a group arrived later in the day, we may have been the only guests on the property. Property was in disrepair, and one of us took a great fall on unlit outside stairs by the main building/pool. We did not receive the room we had booked, nor any benefits of our Wyndham Diamond status.

Unfortunately, our stay at this “5 star” resort was less than ideal. We were disappointed the second we stepped inside. As you walk around the property, you can see that general maintenance is not a priority to management. We arrived a few hours before check in and wanted to take advantage of the amenities, but the pool was cold and the hot tub lukewarm. When we were able to check in, we were told that we were given a complimentary upgrade to a room with a sea view, and were completely underwhelmed when we walked in. The second we opened the door, there was a strong odor that hit us, the wallpaper and amenities were outdated, and overall, not what we were expecting. We would have cancelled the reservation altogether but didn’t have a refund option.

Very big complex, if you have a scooter for kids, take it :) If you want a hotel and don't want to travel to Croatia for a long time, this can be a good choice. - all apartments are large, 2-room with kitchen - a bit old, /we had one/ others are after reconstruction. - we had the boiler in the closet :) - all buildings have no elevator, so you'll be in good shape after spending time here :) - all apartments have a balcony or part of it with a sea view - 7/10 Food - 7/10 Staff - 10/10 all are from the "Indian" part of the world Animation - 0 Area - very big and clean Beach and pools - clean - if I count correctly, 1 large inside, 4 outside + one more by the club - children's/ - you must wear shoes for the sea, very bad access to the sea from the pier... - many pools, also inside, small offer of cold water. 9/10 Great if you have a convention there.. And they need a little renovation, like going out to the sea... They have their own parking garage. Its 4* hotel not 5* Would we go back? Probably yes

Food is terrible in quality..only 2 meals to choose from...in range of 2 star hotel restaurant...rooms are not cleaned on daily basis..just beds are made ...not to recommend..older stuff are professional..especially in restaurant..you feel their hospitality...hope management would realize that and reward them...

Everything was wonderful. The staff is nice and professional. We were satisfied with everything. We went twice with the family this summer because it was so good we all wanted to go back. The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff is attentive to everything. The pools were a fantastic experience. I warmly recommend it to everyone.

- Location: nice, it has a private beach with sunbeds. - Food: average. Breakfast absolutely the same every day, salads are all too sour. A bottle of water is 5$ for dinner! - Cleaning service: POOR!! We had black mold in our shower and complained and then they cleaned only a very small part. We complained AGAIN and then they used bleach and cleaned it somewhat properly. If they didn't - we would leave for sure. The cleaning ladies took my 2 personal towels that were in the bathroom (got them back after I complained), but those towels looks nothing like they use... - Rooms: no electric kettle or option to make a coffee/tea, but you can take a Cola from mini bar for 4.5 eur! In a room we had a balcony is 1m x 3m, so you couldn't sit there. We had no chairs or tables in our room until we asked for them. TV is old like 15 years and didn't work properly, the left piece of the balcony door couldn't open (they fixed next day when we complained). Air condition is also like 15 years old and on 16 Celsius and max power couldn't cool the room properly so I was waking up in the middle of the night in sweat.. - Spa and pools: they have few pools that are really nice. Visited the Finish sauna which is also good - People working there: We had a nice experience with the staff at the restaurant and reception. They are aware of issues and try really hard. But, nope I wouldn't recommend it... Only 5 days there and we were at the reception complaining about mold 2x, missing towels, and broken balcony doors. Didn't even mention other stuff as I just didn't have the energy
