Was absolutely thrilled with my stay here. It’s a beautiful old palazzo right in a perfect location in the historic centre of Noto. The staff was excellent and very helpful and all very pleasant to deal with. They make sure your stay is perfect. And I love old fashioned door keys to get in!

Located in the heart of the historic district of the quaint and beautiful baroque city of Noto, everything you need for a stay is within walking distance including plenty of restaurants, shopping, historic sights and more. The goal of the hotel to “treat its guests like royalty” is definitely accomplished. Martina, Alberto and the rest of the staff are incredibly attentive and truly available to help with whatever you need including dinner reservations, insight regarding the city and transportation, among other things. The room we stayed in (balcony) was somewhat smallish and dark at times, but spotless and well-appointed. The private balcony was a huge plus for enjoying some outdoor space and our breakfasts.

Do not go there on a Saturday night. Very loud music outside most rooms from a pub that blasts music at crazy volume until 2am. They put ear plugs next to the bed. There is no-one attending. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you plan to go to bed after 2am or a drunk

We had an outstanding 3 night stay at Seven Rooms Villadorata. We had a beautiful junior suite with a small balcony/rooftop view from which we enjoyed a gorgeous sunset one evening. We appreciated having a delicious daily breakfast brought to our room and housekeeping was excellent. The front desk staff (Martino and Alberto) were so gracious, helpful and friendly. They provided great restaurant recommendations, and arranged a guided tour to Siracusa with an excellent driver Fulvio. We also enjoyed meeting Giovanni, the hotel manager, who checked in with us several times during our visit. It’s a very special boutique hotel and we certainly hope to return one day!

We stayed 2 nights, The first night the air conditioning rattled all night. they fixed that. The second night there was a wedding party outside in the courtyard directly outside our room . It started at approximately 730 pm. I asked how long this was going to last and was told the latest would be midnight. The staff leaves and goes to their quiet homes. Nobody to help stays at the hotel. The music blasted until 2 am. I phoned the police and they did not understand English. I was told the next morning these parties happen at least twice a month. If that is what they admit to I imagine it is more often that that. The property took zero responsibility for our complete lack of sleep saying it is not their fault . The least they could do is tell you the truth and suggest not to stay there. I told the hotel I refused to pay but they said too bad as we had prepaid! I can honestly say this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. If you want to sleep DO NOT stay here.

This is an outstanding hotel from every assessment that can be made. First, the service starts LONG before you arrive as people like Martina; Alberto; Sarah get back to you with answers to any questions you may have and any extras you may need. Upon arrival which is so cool in and of itself (you drive to a relatively small green gate door; announce yourself and they buzz you into a lovely courtyard where you can park your car the whole stay and come and go). We were then welcomed by Giovanni a seasoned director who runs the hotel and does so with a lot of grace. He is a professional as well in very sense. The ROOMS are something to experience; as beautiful and as large as anywhere you will ever stay. Our room had a terrace that opened up onto the spectacular view of NOTO and the courtyards that surround it. I spent as much time as I could on the outdoor terrace as I could. The restaurant in the hotel is also superb. Great food/great wine list/ great experience. This review would not be complete without a heartfelt thank you again to all. My wife who does have a chronic illness that can flare up badly without a lot of advance warning experienced such an event our first night there. She was in horrible pain and had to stay in bed entire next day and night until we coudl catch a flight back to Rome and then home to Chicago. Sarah was as compassionate as she was helpful as was Martina. Giovanni stepped in to make sure we had anything we needed to temper the flare. Hot pad/dinner sent to the room/accomodated our early check out with a voucher to return next year (which we will) and arranged for our rental car to be picked up at hotel and a car to take us to airport. OUTSTANDING effort in a time of need. Won't ever be forgotten. Many continued thanks.
