Such a beautiful place to spend my birthday. Very 😢💔 to leave. Our room with private pool left no stone unturned. The amenities, staff and service fantastic. We visited the 3 neighboring villages at night. Our days were spent on the beach and the service there also fantastic.

This hotel reminds me of luxury hotels in Asia, with its elegant design, pure lines and ultimate comfort...it is understated luxury at its best. The suites are exquisite, the decor is tasteful, and the place is quiet , nestled in the hills not far from the historical site of Noto. The hotel offers 2 beautiful swimming pool, one is a square of 30 m to 30 m, and the other one is a 100 m long lap pool. Just amazing! We stayed 4 nights, and it was hard to leave.

The height of luxury. We had an wonderful honeymoon here. The hotel is arranged with plenty of space around the pool, between the suites and bars/restaurants so it feels really secluded and relaxed. Views over the hills are fantastic and two beautiful pools so you can cool off between snoozing on sun loungers. Our suite was huge, and the private sun terrace a lovely place to relax. The service here was on point. Our every need was taken care of by friendly staff. Food in both restaurants was a highlight. We can’t wait to return!

We stayed in October 2021 and loved the place. Returning was not disappointing. We had the room next door, overlooking the green pool. Waking every morning was heaven. The comfort of the room was amazing - bed is incredible, the fittings are luxurious. The staff are professional, friendly and excellent. Food is unbelievable. We didnt have a bad meal once. And the swimming pools are out of this world. The 100 metre pool is quite an experience. And the main pool is also huge. This time they had yoga every morning at 8am which was wonderful. I really couldn’t fault this place and we will be back.

This was our second visit to this property. We fell in love the first visit but this visit put us over the moon. I find it difficult where to begin it was such a magical stay. I will begin with our villa! Number 29. We had 2 gorgeous bedrooms for the 2 of us(3 if you count our dog's bed!), a private swimming pool, a treadmill, and 2 bathrooms all in natural stone and marble in muted colors in beiges and white. Giorgio (we wanted to adopt him!!!) came to visit every morning with cappuccinos, fresh berries, and a smile the size of Mt.Aetna. We never wanted to leave the place!! The wine sommeliers Benito and Mattia were so good and knowledgeable. They guided us patiently thru the Sicilian wines and never steered us wrong. The chef, Paolo, is kind and extremely talented in running the gourmet restaurant and the casual restaurant always finding time to prepare what you want always with a smile. Marco, Sebastiano, Mattia(yes, another one), Rita, Mandrake.......there are not enough adjectives to describe them all. Normally I like visiting new places and had told my husband this would be the last visit to this property. This stay only makes me want to return again and again. The property was booked but we felt as if we were the only guests. It will rekindle the flames and energize your soul.

We returned, yet again. It was utter heaven, again - We’ve been to stay 4 or maybe 5times, and we come back because of the perfect combination- the rooms, the food, the staff and the swimming pools. The quality of all aspects is just so incredible. It isn’t cheap. But it’s worth it.

Exceptional property! Stunning facility and top-notch service without feeling awkwardly "over-serviced". The location is remote so it's best to have a car if you're planning on exploring. We really enjoyed the Poolside restaurant for dinner and ate there 3 times during our stay. The food was amazing and the entire dining service crew really made the experience absolutely delightful. They were professional, personable, and fun. Kept us coming back for more. It's hard to describe how beautiful the pool and property is. Sometimes you see beautiful photos on the website and are then disappointed but here, the reality was actually even better than the pictures!

Stayed here for 2 nights and had an absolute great time! Beautiful big and quiet rooms with spectacular shower and lovely amenities. The bed was so comfortable and the surroundings so quiet that I was able to had one of my best nights sleep since a long time. All people working here were such a joy, showing true hospitality. Lunch and dinner at Casa Pasta was unbeatable (so good we did not leave the property) and we are still raving about the cute bottle of delicious home made Limoncello offered after dinner. They also make their own fantastic olive oil. Great also that the pools are accessible any time, lovely for early birds that want to swim laps in the amazing 100 metre pool at 6 AM ;-). We will for sure be back next year and then will stay for 5 nights or so to soak up more of the Il San Corrado vibes and maybe that time we can drag ourselves away to visit the beach club and see some of the beautiful villages close by. Thanks to the entire team; we look forward to seeing you next year!!

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. In fact, we had been looking for a true 5* hotel (Italian five star hotels can vary greatly in quality) on this side of Sicily for some time and were excited when we found it. We were not disappointed, and in fact the Corrado surpassed our high expectations! The property is just a couple years old and of the highest quality in terms of materials, architecture, spacious rooms and two wonderful, large swimming pools which the kids spent a lot of time in. Everything exudes quiet luxury. The service was great too, consistently excellent throughout our stay, both in person and via email. We loved the Beach Club which is a bit less than 20min by car (or hotel shuttle), particularly on week days when it was very quiet and peaceful. It has wonderful golden sands stretching out some 300m from the shore and clear turquoise water. We had dinner several times in the poolside Casa Past restaurant and we were always looking forward to the great breakfast. Overall a very successful family holiday. Highly recommended!
