Premier Inn Northwich South

My wife and myself have just had a lovely 6 night stay at this Premier Inn. We use Premier Inns a lot and normally are more than happy with our stays. The Northwich south hotel met all our expectations. We were accompanied in the annexe which was joined to the pub/restaurant. The room was clean, well maintained and quiet. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We chose this hotel because we wanted to visit the Anderton boat lift and Jodrell Bank and it is well located for both. I would highly recommend this Premier Inn

Chose this Premier Inn for our midpoint stopover between Edinburgh and London. Not too far off the M6 and has plenty of car parking – although no chargers for EVs. Received a warm welcome on arrival, and allocated a ground floor room in the same building as reception – which was clean and tidy, with the standard tea and coffee making facilities. Hotel is close to the River Weaver, which can be accessed via the Kingsmead development. So we enjoyed an easy afternoon riverside stroll to Hunts Locks and Northwich town centre, and back. As we’d booked a meal deal, we had our evening meal and breakfast at the Woodpecker Cookhouse & Pub. Despite the restaurant being large, it was extremely busy in the early evening. So making a table reservation at check-in, like we did, is recommended. Food was good, and service from the guy in charge was great. Breakfast was cooked to order, and was excellent. Far nicer than eating things that have sitting in hot trays for ages. If we happen to find ourselves in that area again then we consider staying there once again.

an enjoyable stay though lack of drawer space and not enough coffee/tea/ milk for the four days stay. the meals and breakfast was first class with excellent service. the beds were great getting a good nights sleep.

Very clean a warm welcome from staff comfy bed spacious room brilliant shower Nd bath everything you needed staff are very helpful with request extra pillows in room very good as I have to sleep very high the hotel walking distance to a very nice pub

Perfectly adequate hotel room in need of decoration and lacking seating (only one chair for two people). Staff friendly and competent, bed and room clean and comfortable. Wi-fi and television adequate for short break.

Brilliant stay! Travelled to Northwich with my sons and his partner for a gig in the town. Hotel was close to town centre and we were able to get a taxi (booked by the reception staff) into town. We had two rooms booked - one double and one twin. Both rooms were great, came with everything we would expect and were very clean and tidy. All beds were very comfy and everyone had a good nights sleep. Staff were extremely helpful - especially Katie on our arrival

Had a really good stay here and was good value for money. Check in was warm and friendly. Had a nice spacious corner style room above the pub- couldn’t hear a thing and was super peaceful. Bathroom was a good size and there were nice toiletries. Tea / coffee making facilities are in the room with top ups available at reception to help yourself to which was a nice touch. Had dinner at the on site pub / restaurant which was pleasant and had a good atmosphere mid week. Breakfast the next morning was excellent actually and the gentleman who served us was a delight. Would definitely stay here again next time in the area.

My charger was stolen by member if staff from my room after I checked out,when I rang them back I was told wasn't found,that's weird,it was charger,cable and travel connector for UK electric socket it's shame

We enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the service. Our room and communal areas were clean and satisfied our needs. Being able to book a family room and kids go free for breakfast was a really help for us The staff we saw were all very friendly and helpful and seemed keen to help wherever they could or needed. Our breakfasts were good and flexible to what we wanted each day. Would definitely consider again and recommend to others Our room was in a quiet location (within the hotel and externally) and there was no disturbance which was great
